We take another opportunity to reflect on the 2019 HBCU marching band season by publishing our annual list of the top ten HBCU halftime shows from 2019.

The final list was compiled from the weekly top five lists of halftime performances that we published during the football season.

As has been the case in previous years, the selection criteria involved song selection, creativity, and crowd reaction.
