October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and that means the color pink will be in full effect throughout the month.
We’ll likely see pink ribbons or some other form of pink to commemorate this particular month of awareness on football fields, the football uniforms of various teams and even marching bands.
October also kicks off a month of various campus homecomings. And as a result, we will likely be treated with halftime shows that will uniquely incorporate snippets of the past with the present.
We got a glimpse of that in some of the HBCU band performances from the past weekend.
