Prairie View vs. Nicholls State
The Panthers nearly beat a top-5 FCS team. Nicholls State nearly beat an underachieving SEC team. Somebody has to win. Take the underdog.
Howard vs. Richmond
The Bison have proven it can play with anyone in the country. Doubt they will afraid to tangle with a traditional FCS power.
Florida A&M vs. Tennessee State
The Rattlers seemed to be an much improved bunch this season. Beating a middling SWAC West team can do that to you. Tennessee State is also much improved, too. Beating a middling SWAC East team can do that, too. The Tigers are the better team in this one.
