SAU usually has a good team. Some D2 schools have good baseball programs - like Delta St. and Houston Baptist.

Hope they don't bust us in d mouf either!!!:splat:

Once again is SU fans wanted to know.......Southern Arkansas is no slouch when it comes to baseball. If SU played Southern Arkansas in a seven game series Southern Arkansas will win 4-3 without a doubt. They live for baseball in Southern Arkansas just like the Razorbacks in Northern Arkansas. Don't get to excited because you beat LSU last year. You have a long season ahead of you and UAPB baseball team is better this year. Tell your coach to recruit Reggie Lee Pine Bluff Dollarway two sport athlete because he refuse to sign with UAPB. This kid is an excellent baseball player as well as football.......
!

Houston Baptist is NAIA...PV split with them last year...

baseball is a white dominated sport and obviously there is a larger talent pool to choose from so losing to strong D-2 programs aren't a surprise in the SWAC

Many "talk the talk" but cant "walk the walk."
