NCAA Hirings, Firings And Retirings 2024-2025 Part 2

All I will say about the Devilettes coaching situation right now is that 💩 is gonna hit the fan either way it goes and it's due to an incompetent president

Like with the other stuff at Valley, it will come out in time

Was AD Bryant upset about something the coach said in that interview?
I didn't see what he said that was an issue. He talked about protecting the players, graduation rate, and success off the court. It had to be something else.

He talked about everything except accountability for winning…. He took no accountability at all…. He lied about players staying… (the whole team left went in the portal the same day)… He had nothing to do with players graduating… those weren’t even his players…. He bragged about making the tournament as a 9th place team… He is paid to make success ON the court. You are paid to win games.

alot of coaches will claim success if even if the player wasn't recruited but played under them - at the end of the day they are under his watch so if they accomplished something under him its going to fall under him - kinda like a coach getting an APR, graduation or retention bonus for seniors but they arrived when that senior was a junior lol

i agree about winning but AD's do have to be realistic also now that you will will have new rosters every year so consistency is going to be hard

You can’t pick and choose what you claim…. He said “first year I came in, I had previous years players” 2nd year “ I almost have all my players… 3rd year… “we were young)…. Keep in mind first year was his most successful… 2nd year won less games… 3rd year won even smaller amount of games. His BEST year was with the previous coaches players.

Hill,
History states that you are in the know as to what is going on "AAMU". Thanks for the update.

He mentioned his wife - that's another major reason behind closed doors - when they ready to leave that's it and they don't stay too long in the area normally especially if their from the city to begin with - once that wife gets unhappy it's a wrap

For certain swac jobs coaches will break contracts, throw their wife on the first plane smoking and everything if they can 😂

@CEE DOG bruh, I'mmo purchase you a round-trip ticket to austin, tx to work your magic on that dud driving the "hot wheels" wheelchair. 👀 Chirp at the AG as well lol. Cannot STAND both of those trash.
