But that don't reflect the facts they are 3-7 and the FBS put every team in a bowl game this year. So when I put that up oh I was called a hater blah blah blah but hey facts does not care about feelings. MSU is a shitty team that got in a bowl game because in 2020 if you can put 11 people on the field you can get in a bowl game. That does not mean I hate MSU I don't give a shit about them but Facts is all I care about. It probably unrelated to this but factual journalism it a corner stone between reality and bullshit so don't be bullied by people that love lies.

You know that goes both ways right? The "jealous" HBCU Sports (built by HBCU alums) has spent years building relationships with not only HBCUs but HBCU Media while people are diving on the grenade for a PWI alum who will jump ship as soon as they start winning. When those people are privately/publicly supporting HBCU Sports, that should let you know something. A few HBCU media outlets/entities liked HBCU Sports tweets about being blocked

Clarion Ledger in the same city bashes them all the time and doesnt even give them a beat writer

But this is on them thanks to the bolded. They didn't check a lot of the stuff on here for years because of that yet it was a bigger problem to type JS-Who. Hell let one of them who doesn't even watch sports basically write a Valley hit piece. Then again when you dedicate a podcast episode to why Valley should go to the West (when Alcorn made the most sense), you shouldn't be surprised.

Nothing was wrong with any of the articles written but when you let the inmates run the asylum for so long, don't be surprised when they revolt if you try to check them

The rejection & isolation triggered something within Kenn. It’s like he’s having a mental breakdown. When he discovered he was blocked. It angered him & he instantly became embarrassed. The thought of a Jacksonian throwing the “block” in his face was too much to handle. So he quickly jumped ahead to paint his narrative. Which is “I have power. I got prime to block me”. When it was _________ who blocked him 😂😂😂. That rejection must’ve taken him back to his childhood or something because he’s damn near off his rocker. Keep Kenn in y’all’s prayers.

Let me talk as David Johnson and not luv the boom for a sec. I’m currently a producer and sports reporter for WCTV, helped open Black News Channel as its digital journalist, published for this site , and freelanced for HBCU Gameday numerous times with Tolly. As a journalist , I have no problem with @Kendrick & @Kenn Rashad stance. Journalism is facts spun into a narrative of the pro or anti side of the topic... which means someone will be pissed regardless. What I will say gentleman is the bed has been made of the standard you have set... Deion Sanders is at JSU and I expect many headlines good and indifferent, but I expect the same standard for the other HBCUs... whether it’s JSU or Grambling etc ... I expect the same outrage if others aren’t wearing mask or in controversial situations as it’s been prior to sanders hire.... that will tell your journalist integrity for me that you now must follow with the release of this program... if that is not followed then there is a bias towards Deion because he’s Deion then you both do deserve scrutiny for targeting. As bewildered always says. I got my good eye on y’all moving forward. But a spade a spade.... I just laugh but at least I’ll read and try to get the perspective.

Everyone that knows SWAC football knows that the SWAC or team below A, can go to one of those main stream bowl games. As was said before, that was made clear doing the Steve McNair days.

Keep in mind this platform has been around for over 20 years. And those who have been around know me expressing my views on various topics (my alma mater included) isn't anything new. Unlike some (and I understand why) I don't hide behind usernames on various platforms (like others) to express my opinions. I speak as myself and for myself. And I RESPECT the fact that others may not agree with my opinion.

However -- and I say this respectfully -- a person who feels the need to preface his own journalism background before criticizing another's opinion and substituting it with the word "outrage" for the purpose of self-aggrandizement and validation, is in no position to question my "journalism integrity." I respect journalists enough to know that I'm not going to always agree with whatever views they have. And I sure as hell don't question their "journalism integrity" when journalism ethics have not been violated. The same applies here.

Because of the subject matter, it's obvious -- and even understandable -- that you and other JSU alums take this issue personally. But instead of monitoring me asking me about "journalism integrity" ask yourself if shit ever hits the fan, are you willing to take the bold steps to be critical of your institution or head coach in a public space using your real name.

I guess I shouldn't be surprised that you and other JSU folks actually have an inflated view of yourselves to actually believe that I'm feeling "heat" over the rants (or should I say insults) of what you all post on social media. But if it makes you feel good to believe this, so be it.
