December will be a crucial month for Coach Prime. Just a few things that must be addressed.

1. Recruiting for both schools

2. Meeting with both teams

3. Meeting with alumni

4. Transfers on both teams leaving and coming

5. Assembling coaching staffs etc.

I have seen this at Alabama when assistants leave for head coaching jobs. Can the focus remain on the Celebration Bowl or the new job? This will be a tough balance; however, I think Coach Prime is ready for the challenge. Congrats to Coach Prime.

Hear me out yall. I believe Coach Prime is attempting to positioning himself to be Alabama's first Black head coach. Just a theory but there are some connections Saban has 2 to 4 years left, if Prime has success @ CU by the time Saban retires and personally taps Deion as his successor they don't seriously consider? Don't think they don't talk that would be the ultimate elevation.
