I guess not having spring practice helped since they didn't have to work around this construction zone. I hope they have the football practice field ready in August for the team.

Nice, good to see another conference school getting upgrades to their facilities.

Better Pic. The covered stands is a nice touch on the soccer field. Glad they aren't cutting down the street committee tree lmao, but I see the tree is outside the fence. Its some interesting things that get said under that tree lol:

Since I'm not in Louisiana, did you take a picture so that others can see. Sometimes what looks bad on the outside is really not that bad. The roof could possibly need a good cleaning from dirt and mildew buildup. SU is definitely in Louisiana where the growth of mildew will always be a major problem. When I lived in New Orleans, a cleaning crew would routinely climb on top of the Super Dome to give its white top surface a good cleaning. This is one of the reasons why white surfaces are not a good idea for outdoor structures in Louisiana. And I agree, maintenance crews probably need to pressure wash the outside of the Mini-dome, but that's a maintenance issue. Last I can remember, SU's facility services office is located near the Ag School: http://www.subr.edu/index.cfm/page/993

Now if the roof requires major repairs or upgrades, I think a person would have to deal with SU's facility planning office located in the administration building: http://www.sus.edu/PageDisplay.asp?p1=4373

From the Google Earth image below, I can see how someone can mistakenly see the dirt spots on the roof as something in need of repair. What I see is a white roof with dirt spots. I bet if you look at most facilities in the south with a white roof, you'll see a lot of dirty roofs, which is something a good ole cleaning can fix. Now if you see big holes or roof material flapping in the wind, then there are major repair problems.

You are absolutely right, which is the case of most facilities in the south with white roofs. The people running the Super Dome has way more money to spend to give the dome top a thorough cleaning on an annual.
