When you are reacting in anger to a situation sometimes logic is thrown out of the window...no pun intended..... and you do not have time to really think things out.

.

EGG-ZACTLY

And in this situation, its clear to see who reacted off anger.... Its POSSIBLE, that he jumped off a speeding truck. But the question is..... "Why was the Truck SPEEDING....with someone on the back

I dont think she should serve one day..... HE jumped on the back of that truck..

I agree and people tend to side with the victim (especially if it is a woman) but in this case, common sense should prevail. His death was an accident. Although we don't know for sure, I am sure that most of us would have to admit that we don't think she wanted him dead. She was probably pissed at him and like LS said, didn't care that he fell out.. I am sure she assumed the most he would suffer was some bruises.

...and if he is from the backwoods of LA, he ought to know how to ride in the back of a truck.

...and DaHill, if this had happened to me, I don't think my folks would be pissed with my wife. BUT that is my family. If his family is ghetto, country, stupid and ignorant.... that's another story. Also, if the wife is a 3rd class bytch, that is another story. My wife is an angel so my mom would be wondering what I did.... I have seen this schitt first hand. :smh:

Aint no way i'm running from a one arm nicca in fear.

A 6-4, 200 pound man could beat yo azz w one arm. Don't take but one hand to choke you.

...and I have told you women more than once (now this may not apply to you big-boneded ones or the girls from my hometown of Union Church, MS) but if your man is tryin to fight you... RUN! Ain't no shame in running from an azz whoopin and you ain't got nothing to prove by staying there to take it.

 AND STILL..SHE HAD KNOWLEDGE IF HE did TAKE THE PILL...hell even if the man was sleep walkin, she still had knowledge of someone one that truck and continued to speed the fucc off!

The 911 calls relating to NFL star Chris Henry’s death following a fight with his fiancée, Loleini Tonga, have been released by the Charlotte-Mecklenburg police.

CBS affiliate WBTV reports that the tapes, from Dec. 16, include two calls. The first is an unidentified woman calmly telling the operator that she is driving behind a yellow truck with “a black man on it with no shirt on, and he’s got his arm in a cast and black pants on,â€￾ she told a dispatcher.

“He’s beating on the back of this truck window… I don’t know if he’s trying to break in or something. It just looks crazy. It’s a girl driving it.â€￾ She then says that the truck turned off of the street she was driving on and that she did not follow it.

The second 911 call is from an unidentified male who says he needs an ambulance because there is a man in his mid-20’s lying in the road “definitely unconscious.â€￾ When the dispatcher asks the caller if he is near the man and if he can see if he is breathing the caller says he is about 200 feet away but that there is “a crowd of people around himâ€￾ and that it appeared that someone was “taking his pulse.â€￾ The second 911 call is from an unidentified male who says he needs an ambulance because there is a man in his mid-20’s lying in the road “definitely unconscious.â€￾ When the dispatcher asks the caller if he is near the man and if he can see if he is breathing the caller says he is about 200 feet away but that there is “a crowd of people around himâ€￾ and that it appeared that someone was “taking his pulse.â€￾

The first call is enough to get her off scott-free. Dude is gonna be portrayed as a raving lunatic and she was fleeing for her safety. PERIOD!

This is truly sad.

BUT here is the thing tho... I don't think he jumped off...why would he? She had to stop at some point. I think she "swerved" his azz off and kept it moving. ....like "nikka, get up and walk home!"

Bullshat.:smh:
Turn this situation around and ya'll would be calling him a punk arse animal for doing her like that.

She won't be charged or taken to jail.
We all know that.
Just quit making excuses for her leaving him in the street to die.
If anything that told the police that she knew he was back there the whole time and she knew when he fell off after the beating stopped and she knew his arse hit the street but she kept going.

Good lawd.

If that's the case, then she was in control, which makes her at fault.

egggggggggzactly the point i was proving....thats considered vehicular manslaughter!!!!!!

i didnt say he jumped off the truck

~walks out~

Damm..........:smh:
What the heck did he jump on the pickup for? :smh:

First, this is sooooo sad.

But, if you just sit your ass down in the back of a pickup truck, there is no way to fall out or to "get swerved" out. He had to be acting a fool to get thrown out.

This is truly a sad and tragic situation. I will not pass judgement as I don't know all the facts. But for the sake of the Children, I don't want to see them lose their father and mother.

Seems to me, they both were acting a fool. She could have easily driven him to the police station without swerving him out of the truck or call the police on her cell phone and ask them to meet her at a particular location to have him arrested. Seems like her foolish act went a bit overboard. What if she would have hit and killed someone else from swerving.

Excellent points. It'll be interesting how this turns out for her. We see how it turned out for him. :(

Where were the kids? :noidea:

I was wondering the same thing. While parents are outside speeding down the street with one hanging on the back, were the children at home alone, at relatives, or what? :(

I am starting to see domestic violence as a disease that is running full force in our community. I work with alot of persons that are in domestic violence situations, and unfortuantely they do not think logically. I was very shocked to see children 15, 16, and 17 yrs old involved in domestic violence situations. They tell you in trainings on domestic violence that you should never try to persuade them to leave or just say leave cause most likely, its not going to happen.

I worked with this family where the dad dragged the mom down the street by her weave til its was making a trail. after he got her down the street, she already skinned up, he blackens her eyes. well dude use the kids as shields so to speak when the police came out. 2 weeks later, girl has newly fresh blacks eyes and walking arm and arm with this dude. I wonder why.:(

The fact that she didn't call the police and left him lying in the street after he felt off say's alot about her guilt.

These were two very young people both making bad decisions in their lives, unfortunately this one was fatal.

I concur, because sometimes people end up taking the law in their own hands. No matter how foolish he was acting that doesn't give her the right to take the law in her own hands, which might have been the same thing Tigers ex-wife to be did.
