That's why us black men gotta be twice as smart, three times as cool, and five times better than everybody else...especially in situations like these. We gotta stay on our P's and Q's all day, everyday, cause they are waiting for us to slip so they can drag us down.

These days, it's a blessing for a black man in America to even see 26. So count your blessings bruhs.

Anyway...back to the topic at hand.

This was a domestic DISPUTE, that turned violent and caused a death? The fiance' better have a damned good explanation for her actions. By all means, she needs to go to jail, at least for her neglect of civic responsibility. But like I said, she probably won't even get a slap on the wrist.

That's what I was just telling someone. They are talking about a domestic dispute, maybe there was a good reason she was speeding away from him. There's too many unknown details right now. The only thing for certain is this is a sad situation.

We will NEVER know. Only two people know the truth and one of them is dead so now we will only know her VERSION of the "truth". :(

Allegedly she didn't have any bruises or anything so she wasn't running from no ass whipping. Maybe she was running from the "onset" of one. On espn.com it was reported that he was banging on the back window with no shirt on so obviously he was upset about something. He didn't jump on the bed of that truck like he was superman for no reason. :noidea:

In both cases the man was injuried or died, without a scratch on the women and neither woman was arrested. Since O.J., the law states that if the police is sent on a domestic violent call, at least one or both individuals involved shall be arrested. And police suspected domestic violence in the Tiger Woods incident and it should not have been Tigers decision to withhold evidence when domestic violence is involved.

i read that, and said the same thing. which could be the reason she wasn't in a rush to stop when he fell off. :smh:

But why did she decide to go to his bedside after all of this was said and done? I don't think her life was in any immediate danger. Otherwise, she would have BEEN reported it to the police, right?

Where was she in such a rush to go, and why couldn't she stop to render aid?

She definitely has some questions to answer. I can at least see her getting charged with negligence, that could get upgraded to manslaughter.
 
Parents of young black male children really need to pay close attention to these situations. Somehow we need to start educating our young men at early ages on domestic violence, so they can do whatever necessary to avoid these incidents, because the way I see it, its their life on the line.

And either way, if he jumped on or not, She had knowledge of the man being on there, and neglected the fact that he could get injured/killed, by speeding up. Couldn't have been tryin to kill her, seeing how she was all at the hospital the whole time....

I read that they were investigating to see if she was swerving to throw him off the truck. It's a sad situation all the way around. The question you have to ask to shead more light on the situation is "Is there a history of domestic violence between the two of them?"

thank you boo. :tup::tup: and didn't he have a cast on one of his arms too? Aint no way i'm running from a one arm nicca in fear. She wasn't that afraid unless he had a gun in the good one. I mean really. :shame:
 
What makes yall think he didn't say, "F-it and try to jump off the truck? I mean he did jump on the truck and start banging on the window. He didn't have a shirt on. Obviously some stuff jumped off in the house prior to her getting in the truck and driving off. Stranger things have happened. :noidea:

That chick should go to jail though. Once he jumped onto that truck, she had control of the situation unless he had something else in his hands. To me, control translates into blame.

When you are reacting in anger to a situation sometimes logic is thrown out of the window...no pun intended..... and you do not have time to really think things out.

Again, it's easy to say STOP the truck but we don't know that we would have stopped....adrenaline and fear is a mutha. Hell, we don't know that he didn't jump off.

She at least had to know shat got quiet.:shame:

I shudder to think about how many charges a man would have if his girl was left laying in the middle of the street near death during a domestic dispute after she fell off the back of a moving truck that he was driving.:shame:
