Was her life in any immediate danger? I DON'T THINK SO...

But if it was, has she even try to call the police to file a report YET? NO...


She might have not intended to kill the guy (as with most deaths that aren't pre-meditated). But accident or not, he was on the truck, and as the operator of the vehicle, she was responsible for ALL passengers that were in or on the vehicle.

These were two very young people both making bad decisions in their lives, unfortunately this one was fatal.

Thank you. Due to the actions of both parties, kids now have to grow up with a father and possibly a mother. Sad, sad, sad

If you were fleeing from someone in a truck and that person jumped on the back of it and started banging on window (mind you, you two had been in an heated argument) there is no way you would be thinking, "I must stop the vehicle right now." You would be trying to get as far away from that person as possible.

Someone said they were very young. Henry was 26 and the fiancee was 25. That is old enough to know when to stop a damn truck if someone is on the back. It's not like they were 16 and 17.
