Chad Williams’ road to the National Football League started at home in Baton Rouge, Louisiana with a tight-knit family, a mother who is his “rock,” brothers who helped shape him, a high school that launched his fledgling football career and Grambling State University, the school that gave him a chance when no other colleges gave him a serious look.
