Alcorn State athletics announced on Tuesday that it has entered into an agreement with Magnolia Bluffs Casino of Natchez, Miss.
The three-year agreement, worth $75,000, will allow Alcorn State to receive annual payments of $25,000 and will allow Magnolia Bluffs Casino to receive sponsor recognition at all ASU sporting events.
“Alcorn Athletics is looking forward to its collaboration with Magnolia Bluffs Casino,” said Alcorn State athletic director Derek Horne. “Their support will enhance the fan experiences of our students, staff, alumni and friends.” Our corporate sponsorship focus has been and remains becoming more engaged with businesses in Southwest Mississippi. This agreement affords us an opportunity to strengthen relationships in the Natchez-Adams County community and encourages others to support our efforts.”
