I have a question for some on this board with regards to Mr. Butler, where do you think he is spending his eternity? The kind words and angel smilies are nice gestures but this young man has slipped into eternity and in all likelihood without accepting our Lord Jesus Christ as his savior.Where does that leave him and where will that leave you if you die in your sins?I know this is not the prayer board and I have wasted much space posting what amounts to nonsense on this board and others but please heed this message and seek Christ NOW!!!

Our time on this earth is but a puff of smoke but our time in eternity is just that an eternity.Know this that our God who is holy and just hath made us in his image and we by our sinful nature inherited from Adam have by choice transgressed against him.We thus became his enemy by choice because God cannot have sin in his presence therefore we could never enter into heaven on our own merit but through the merit of another.Although we became an enemy of God through sin God who is sovereign hath made an escape through his son who knew no sin but took the burden of sin upon him.It is through faith in our savior who is the eternal son of God that we are justified in the eyes of God the father by the blood sacrifice of God the son.

Please understand that faith comes through hearing and by the power of God he Holy spirit we are able to respond to the gospel of Christ.Although sin comes with a heavy price salvation through Christ is free. Please read these scriptures and carefully consider what I have said to you.

John 6:27
Luke 15:1-32
2 Corinthians 6:2
Galatians 4 1-7
John 3:16
Romans 6:23

I grew up on his music and some of my foundest memories from college as well as the first two or three years in graduate school and my first career move were enjoyed listening to his (and Bun B/ UGK music)

Rest in Peace Chad Butler aka PIMP C

I aint God so I aint no Judge.
Whatever happens to Pimp C, that's between him and the FATHER.

Alabama is in the same region at Texas... nobody in the east coast, west coast or north knew who UGK was until Big Pimpin came out.

Same thing with TI... nobody outside the south knew who he was when Im Serious came out.... same thing with Kilo, DJ Smurf, Big Oomp Records, Dj Screw... all were regional.

I don't know if that is true or not!

That's what I said.

you dont die at in your sleep at 33 unless you have overdosed on MAJOR Cocaine or he had FULL BLOWN "GIFT".

RIP - Pimp C

That's what I'm hearing around B.R. Overdose on "nose candy."

maybe your definition of mainstream is different from mine.... but chill out on the shut the **** ups... It aint that serious playboy

Fuccem.... he is dumb and if you hear him talk he is ignorant. (Atlanta aint the South because they are in Eastern Standard Time) WTF!!! LOL He basically dissed ALOT of the rappers who were wearing Free Pimp C shirts when he was locked up.

Bun B was better by himself.

See playboy....this is why you need to shut the fugged up? Pull out a map and tell me what is the south!

I hope it is "Natural Causes" cause we dont NEED this type of press. I can see ole boy Bill O'Reily doing an expose on "RAPPERS & DRUGS".
The reports said that they didnt find any drugs in the hotel he was in.

Is Spice 1 still alive?

The police said they found no drugs or paraphenalia in the room. The autopsy will tell the tale. Word is that his health was not great after getting out of prison anyway.

Spice is in critical condition in the bay area.

I dont have to pull out a map to tell you ****.... Pimp C is the one who said Atlanta aint the South because its in the Eastern Time Zone. That had to be the dumbest comment of the CENTURY. Thats like me saying Alabama and Mississippi, Texas,Louisiana aint the south because we are in the Central Time Zone.

Yo man...you beat me to the punch.

He wasnt a little dude to begin with.
He probably wasnt doing any cardio or weight training.

This should be a wake up call for alot of us that are round in the middle. We need to take better care of our bodies.
I know all that good Southern eating, liquour, smoking isnt good for the body.

You are right. Just easier said than done when that hasn't been your lifestyle.

Like I said, this could have been a wake up call.

Bun B aint no little dude himself. I pray that his death was Health related. He probably never had a regular check up with the doctor. Which is another thing that African American men need to do. We wait so long and by the time we do talk to a doctor we are already at LEVEL 3 of the problem when it could have been handle at Level 1.

:shame:

I changed my eating habits this year (again) after my cousin (33) died from heart problems and my uncle had a heart attack while driving after leaving the doctor WITH a prescription because he had chest pain.

SEE what I mean.
Sorry to hear about your lost Twin.

With Heart Disease & Diabetes running rampid in the Black Communities we need to all observe what we put in our mouths.

Wow. Sorry to hear.

Sonny, you are right again. I've made small changes to my eating habits but still got work to do, and I've got to get back into exercising. I can always start, but consistency on having a regular work-out regimen has been my biggest problem.

Eating right is #1. You don't have to starve yourself either. I just changed WHAT I eat and limited my sweets intake (hardest part for me).

Man I was a cat who went to the doctor all the time growing up even up until I was 27 then I just stopped. I worked out on and off during that time and my weight flutated up and down. I finally had a physical about 6 months ago but before I went I worked out 4 times a day, started eating oatmeal 3-4 times a week and when I had the checkup my BP was fine and my cholesterol was low. I was high on the triglyseride side so they gave me something for that but I think is was the donut I ate tha morning...I was suppose to fast for 12 hours and I slipped.

All men should have regular physicals and start some type of exersise plan if they are 30 +. If you are younger start now.

UGK has been an important part of my musical life ever since i was 12-13 years old and I heard "Pocket Full of Stones" and "Tell me Something good." I grew up on Supertight and Too Hard to Swallow...but mane

in 1996/97 there were only four or five albums i listened to: Riding Dirty, ATLiens, Reasonable Doubt and All Eyez on Me.

UGK should be in the rap and rock-n-roll halls of fame for their contributions to hip-hop. I've had the privelige (sp) of watching them perform twice or three times on the yard...and they rocked it each time.

RIP Chad...
