The AD has been on a mission to sabotage McNair since Hobson left. He really has an affection toward Ole Miss and really wants to be there. Since he managed to get a football game against Ole Miss in 2028 He has been trying to dismantle the program since. I don't know if I should post this but the hell with it I need signatures . Anyone can sign it. http://chng.it/QP6m5MLYfp
Yes, something is strange about all this. And I have other concerns also about the AD office, especially after hosting two championship games with a stadium full of people, and going to Bowl game and the finances $$$$$$$???????

I feel that is is too late to cancel now. Play ball and get this show on the road. In the process they need to hire Jason Cable as the AD.

Since Alcorn has not released it's 2021 Fall football schedule. It's going to be interesting to see if the SWAC commissioner reschedules Alcorn's 2020 Spring road games to the Alcorn's 2021 Fall football schedule. Will Alcorn travel to Alabama A&M, MVSU and Southern in the Fall? Remember when Grambling didn't travel to Jackson State in 2013? Pandemic, Alcorn will probably get a slap on the wrist?

They should pay a fine for lost revenue for no game this season.

The only reason why I'm not in favor of a fall home game is that it throws the balance off as far as JSU home/Alcorn away as it is always has been. JSU, Alcorn and FAMU at home (as well as visting NCCU) would be imbalanced

33 FCS schools opted out including 5 HBCUs and folk upset about Alcorn doing so...hilarious.

1. It's HOW/WHEN they opted out that left the other schools with holes in their schedules

2. I literally was at a home basketball game at Alcorn 3 weeks ago. The Braves just played Valley in Itta Bena in volleyball. You can see where I'm going with this

As others have said, using COVID is a cop out that many are not buying plus it sends a message to your other student athletes that football players are worthy of protection from COVID19 but not the other sports

Grambling players walked off the team. Alcorn players did not walk off. This was an administrative rule. And, hate to say it, if a male was at President, I feel we would still be playing.

Alcorn gave fair warning weeks ago that they were considering opting out.

Usually you always have the enemy within that get jealous when things go right with people he does not like. I like to use the Texas Rangers analogy. When they went to back to back world series Nolan Ryan was getting all the credit for building a great team. Yet the General Manager Jon Daniels got jealous and ran Nolan out of Town and the Texas Rangers are now in the crapper and Nolan Ryan went to Houston and won championships. We have a Jon Daniels in our mist that will openly dismantle a team because one he knows the leadership wont get wont do anything about it. She is trying to keep people happy and most of the admin doesn't like her anyway because she is trying to make positive changes and the old heads don't like change.

If rural Valley and UAPB can keep up with Covid19 protocol it doesn't make any sense why Alcorn can't do the same....the excuse for not playing appears to be BS

Even the High Schools in Mississippi had State Football Championships during Covid19, Belhaven and Millsaps began spring football play last week. Alcorn is opting out for other reasons.

Alcorn players didn't walk out, but they will be no-shows, like Grambling, when the season begins February 27. Alcorn wasn't planning on playing spring football, did they even have a marching band ready for spring football? lol

That’s your opinion. Really don’t care if you buy or not. The man stated back in September he was not a fan of it. Adding on an additional 100 plus kids to test will definitely affects some already mediocre budgets. Alcorn did not different than other schools that opted out and still playing. If it was a problem, the Commissioner should have not said the option was there.

and it’s definitely ain’t because of y’all. Like 45 said, y’all better fight like hell to win to play in the ship because most won’t even get a chance again...

Many wish like hell they would opt out. One surely don’t have that option because they got that high as car note. Same ones bytching wish they would opt out.
