Alcorn bring your whining, no trainers complaining azz to Huntsville. Honestly, all teams in SWAC are dealing with something. We don’t want a forfeit, we want to see trigger man and those so called unstoppable braves on Feb 27th! Remember, we lost to you all last year on one play, with a young team and our best receiver at that time out for the year, but we ain’t making excuses! See ya on Feb 27th!

Tell em again diehard. We are all going through the same shyt overall. Pb didn't have a full staff until last week. Most swac teams were able to practice in the fall but we weren't. We didn't start practice until the 11th. Had to shutdown for 2 weeks and just started back this week. Play a game 1 week before everyone else but we aren't complaining. The Show must go on.

I think they will play. Its dayum near too late to opt out.

No team in the SWAC should opt out .. alot of these athletes don't care about catching Covid-19 like it's a joke..let them have at it!

Here's what happened. Alcorn hired a strength and conditioning coach last fall after the one they had left in the spring to go to another position. The biggest reason was that the athletic trainer resigned because our athletics director called at midnight one day and told her she had to be at one the basketball games on the road, and talked her so bad calling her all sorts of names. She resigned because she was disrespected by hi
m. That was back in December. He hired a new trainer two weeks ago and didn't come to campus until this past Thursday.

Still no official word from the university.
The aamu vs alcorn game is still a go on the 27th. Leggo

This sad smh. 1 trainer?

This is so sloppy & embarrassing. Still... With no official statement & Charles having to hear about it through social media.... I’m guessing the conversation is: ā€œCovid my ass. Get ya shit together & be ready to suit up.ā€

Meanwhile they hosted TWO basketball games this past weekend and trying to get folks to believe they’re so worried about the athletes & the communities health šŸ˜‚ YOU CANT MAKE THIS SHIT UP!!!!!!!

This is where we were worried about having enough people to run all these sports at the same time. You're stretching the support staff out and there isn't enough of them to work these sports. You now have all the fall, winter and spring sports going together and you need people to work their practices & games both at home and on the road.

SMH!

"Instead of preparing for spring competition, the program will move forward with traditional spring practice to prepare for fall play,ā€ said Head Football Coach Fred McNair."
