Kap’s stance on racial injustices and police brutality are social issues. That clear.

He and Reid efforts to pursue employment in the league is a labor issue, which is why they have pursued grievances against the NFL.

Those are different things, bro.

All I said is that since this is a player issue within the league it should be encouraged that all NFL players, not just black players, should support Kap and Reid.

Bro, his stance is the reason to him being black-balled.

You think he's out of a job because of his skills?? That's a labor issue. Skills goes hand and hand with labor.

Social stance does not go hand and hand with labor. He's out of a job because of his stance, not because he can't throw a football, which is part of the duties to perform your "labor" duties.

I really think the large majority do. However, many just will not do any sacrificing for the greater good (for a myriad of reasons). As a result, institutional racism is alive, well and thriving. Approximately 96% of blacks voted for Obama, but a great deal of that percentage will not challenge the power structure though sometimes they see and experience injustices. It's much easier to spew rhetoric when among friends in a segregated surrounding or get behind a closed curtain and do the right thing for some.

Remember when quarterback Colin Kaepernick initially went unsigned after becoming a free agent in March 2017? Remember the false and overstated concerns that were being pushed to justify the position that he was unemployed for football reasons? Remember when some said that was all a bunch of crap?

As it turns out, it was.

Per a source with knowledge of the situation, internal franchise documents generated as part of the free-agency evaluation process and testimony from witnesses harvested via depositions in the collusion litigation has established that teams viewed Kaepernick as being good enough not simply to be employed by an NFL team, but to be a starting quarterback for an NFL team.
 
So MLB and NBA and NHL players, coaches, black, shouldn't do anything, fight.

Oh they are going to do something-make sure that doesn't happen in their leagues when it's time to come to the table for contract talks.

Like the WNBA-they found a agreeing point. Heck if you buy a ticket-you can donate a portion to a charity of your choice. All it took was one team not talking to the media to get stuff fixed.

Everybody, especially blacks in any arena should speak out and push and lead for stuff to be handled on something that's wrong.

See it's easy to tell folks what they need to stand up for and what to do-now show me that you have my back. Especially if it cost me my job.

Since the NFL doesn't want Kaep-where is this black owner league at? For him to play and any other player who doesn't want to be in the "slave" NFL.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- The Carolina Panthers on Thursday signed Pro Bowl free agent safety Eric Reid, who was not re-signed by the San Francisco 49ers in the offseason amidst the controversy of his grievance with the NFL.

In 2016, Reid was the first player to join former San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick in kneeling during the national anthem to protest racial equality and police brutality.

Last season, the NFLPA filed a grievance with the NFL on Reid's behalf, alleging that team owners and the league, influenced by President Donald Trump, colluded to prevent his employment because of his protests.

Reid will replace veteran Da'Norris Searcy, who last week was placed on injured reserve after suffering his second concussion in a month.

Panthers general manager Marty Hurney told ESPN on Thursday that the team began exploring its options Monday and brought Reid in to meet with the staff on Wednesday. Asked if Reid's grievance with the NFL was a factor, he said, "This was a football decision.''
