As long as there's a job and its paying, people will want to coach here. You keep bringing Bell into this, if not for Bell Comegy would've been gone year ago. We expect more than we were getting, plain and simple. Comegy was making over 200K and was given everything he needed to win this mediocre conference. He couldn't. as for his record, it(like Alcorn's) was skewed by this sorry conference schedule. To be honest, i don't think we would've been in the top 4 in the MEAC.

Expectations are high as they should be. Just like in any job, you set goals. You keep missing the goals you get demoted or fired. simple as that!
You act like Coke looks at Faygo and measure success.

Those contracts are up on December 31, 2013. Per the University, it will be up to the new coach if he wants to bring them on....
 
We are the most arrogant fan-base.....how do you expect to get far if you don't expect greatness. It is this edgy attitude that is going to get us out of the swac. NO we aren't satisfied, there are always going to be high standards here. Stop bringing up Bell, he is gone and not coming back.

haha! Yeah that helped. But you saw that game I'm sure. Not only did the JSU coaching suck, so did SU's. It was a matter of who sucked the worst.
 
Hayes was our secondary coach..... real talk. He made calls to the secondary, you always saw comegy watching the d-line like a hawk during games.
 
Comegy has packed his bags and is headed to Huntsville, Alabama!
