Between TheGoat returning and MightyJSU firing A back to back division winning coach my tear ducts are dry.

MightyJSU just fired a coach that went to two straight championships and earned 2 straight SWAC East titles. But my President AD and administration said that aint enough. You cant go to championship games, lose to bad teams, and keep your job at MightyJSU.

8 wins dont cut it at JSU....Apparently 8 aint enough.

Man imma let yal have this one cause this is sad. In my honest opinion, this is a mistake to fire comegy. That man has does nothing but keep that program up to par each year from the APR issues, and even during the passing of his wife. This wil bite yal in the butt big time

The JSU people don't have their own minds, most of them ride the train just because they went to JSU. They change their tune in a heartbeat.
 
This is a great move. Comegy was lucky enough to have talent to pull him through because coaching alone............sucked. The decision making on the field by coaches or lack there of was sickening. Back to back title games blown from stupid coaching decisions. Get the hell on Comegy.

It weren't the decisions made by the coach that lost the last SCG for jSU, it was the talent that stepped out of bounds that did.

You're looking at plays, we're looking at the big picture. Look at the last 4 SWAC champions(2 of whom are now unemployed, the other 2 should be). If you can't stand out in that bunch, you need to get gone.

The new president had it in for him since she was hired, something happened between the two at another school. This was personal between the Prez and Comegy. This has nothing the do with football.

Pretty much. They also added a clause in his contract regarding APR, attendance, and other stipulations.

This is true. Most of them are followers. They are just allegiant to JSU and follow whatever the current JSU mantra is. The problem is the leaders are crazy as hell. Mad delusional and arrogant for no reason. A real case of the blind leading the blind. The few that can think for themselves ... well ... y'all see what happened to Kendrick. Po' Kendrick .... :shame:
 
The SWAC was so bad this year that SU won the SWAC (no disrespect intended). Thats how bad the SWAC is. Yet Comegy, who hands down has had the best talent in the SWAC for the last 4 years, has no SWAC titles. He had to go because he didnt make the basic coaching moves to put his players in position to win titles.

PineBluff wasnt a bad team...JSU controlled the game but no other coach in the world would have been in that defense at the end of the game. In the SU game, RakimSims and Tommy Gooden had 18 carries. Clayton Moore had 42 pass attempts and 14 carries. Thats 56 times the game was in his hands instead of in the hands of the better players.

Oh Well Comegy, since you just couldnt get the ball in the hands of the best players so they could beat lesser teams, you gotta go. its been nice buddy, thanks for your service.
