Grambling chokes!!!!

Dude whatever!! Congrats Hampton and the MEAC. Lets get ready for next week. Since we choked PsychoJag how has SU done in the past two SWAC/MEAC Challenges? The MEAC is still up 2-0. Hard fought game, so lets get ready for the rest of the season. That's all I have to say. By the Way Psyco, SU is on the clock.

Tim Manuel SUCKS!!!!!!!! :redhot:

It's not all one Tim Manuel! :smug: It's mainly his blocking up front. Their long snapper sucks and he doesn't have the strength to block up front in the middle which is where most of the blocks came from! :smh:

It's obvious Gram didn't work too much on special teams during the off season or two - a -days! :smh: This is totally sad! :smh:

As I said earlier:

SPECIAL TEAMS= The Achilles Heal for the SWAC! :redhot:

Good game Gram. :tup: Tell Brugene to hurry up and go to the AFL! :nod:

Until Grambling takes the special teams seriously they will not do as well as they could.

GSU needs a ST coach.

Many say "Well, no (or few) D-1aa schools have them."

So?

Either get somebody and do it right or simply go for 2 all the time like a high school team with no kicker.

I'm frustrated because of the talent of the GSU team and the quality people in the coaching positions there.

God bless the Tigers, but bless them by giving them a kicking coach.

Boy I tell you the true colors really come out. Losing by a point doesn't say we are weak. Hampton just came out on top. Hats off to them.

The coaching job by the G-Men was weak in this game. We had some success on the ground at the start of the 3rd qtr. We did not go back to the run the rest of the game. We could have worn Hampton out. The heat was killing them and we did not capitalize on it.

Even if they were blocking. The kicks (All of them) were too low! Some of those blocks were made at the line. Which means the ball wasn't getting up high enough.

Please help us to look respectable. When we are on t.v., try to put some officials out there who look like they know the game. Please.

We don't want someone out there who doesn't know how to make a call on t.v.

-What is 'prior to the snap, false start'. We know its prior to the snap. Just say false start.
-If a team fumbles, and the other team recovers, how is it 4th down.

Please understand the officials are a representative of what others think about the conference as much as the schools.

Offensively, most teams in the SWAC have better passing. There runs is what got them over.

Defensively, they did what most teams did to Brandon his 1st year, blitz him. AAMU will play similar.
