Grambling vs. Hampton: Game Updates

Dear [SWAC & MEAC] commissioner,

Please help us to look respectable. When we are on t.v., try to put some officials out there who look like they know the game. Please.

We don't want someone out there who doesn't know how to make a call on t.v.

-What is 'prior to the snap, false start'. We know its prior to the snap. Just say false start.
-If a team fumbles, and the other team recovers, how is it 4th down.

Please understand the officials are a representative of what others think about the conference as much as the schools.

I think all schools updating thir PA systems for regular games will better prepare the refs for big time TV games. Being on National TV can be intimidating, especially when they have you doing different things than usual. Has nothing to do with game calling, but its mental. I wonder if the people that complain about SWAC refs could do a better job, or have a flawless game if they got the nod to calla game?
 
I agree the officials look bad. They said defensive substitution infraction... WTF??

That is, if anything, a "Delay of Game" on the defense. That ref looked horrible... i have seen high school refs who look better than that. Now, they really didn't have many bad calls, the ref (white hat) just had terrible mechanics.

I will second that motion too.
 
I Just left the game and the HEAT was horrible! Questionable coaching calls? Spears will make the adjustments and GSU will still be a force in the SWAC. Give Hampton credit, they are a good team.

My only concern about the questionable calls is Spears coached the game as if Bruce Eugene was still the quarterback. If Bruce is playing, a lot of those questionable calls would not be questioned, because Bruce would have made the proper play. Landers is still learning the system, plus dealing with a personal tradegy.

SU we need you to kick Bethune Cookman's Azz to tie the other half of the MEAC/SWAC Challenge.

Let me say this a different way.

Bruce: Coach let's pass.
Spears: Let's see.
Officensive Coordinater: Spears fugg Bruce. Line up in a goal line offense and do 3 straight runs with Kuann going up the middle.

Human errors.... So I guess all coaches(SWAC COACHES TOO) make all the right decisions, all the time? I can tell yawl loving this....

Man WTF!!!! Dude you from Grambling so I can say this to you. N----- PLEASE!!!! Spears called a passing play inside the 10 when we were winning. Fugg loving Black and Gold. This is common fugging sense.

DSN, I agree. I believe Grambling would have won if they punted the ball away. but we will never no. I wanted Grambling to win.

Beacause yawl are acting like any other team in the SWAC would have won hands down. I know what the answer is by no responses.... Who allowed the SWAC trophy to leave the Boot? I hope SU beats B-CC.....

No one is acting like that. Grambling is the most talented team in the SWAC and if Spears had CALLED a better game they would have beaten Hampton... point blank!

He didn't think that we aere running the ball that well. We weren't running at will all day long. We have lived by the pass, and sometimes we will die by the pass...... If it converts then we aren't talking about thi and Spears is a great coach, but it didn't happen like that. I'm fine with the outing. We will be back, and gett better week after week. We won't lose to anymore HBCU's. I know that!!
 
Man please, after watching Hampton I know atleast 4-5 SWAC teams could have beat them. You were up and let a freshman quarterback who is terrible bring his team back. Just accept the fact that Spears blew it and move on. You are definitely showing how school pride blinds common sense. If that was SU, or Valley or anybody else, yo ass would be saying the same thing we are telling you now.
