I smell a rat. I have never been in favor of this and you will see why. So they dissolve the commission and allow Jackson State to keep the profit without stadium rental. After a study to determine the stadium's fate, they will decide to tear it down and give the land to UMC. The bill also creates a special fund for profits generated by any event on stadium property. The state College Board would control the account, but proceeds would be earmarked for Jackson State. Those profits will be used to build Jackson State University an on-campus stadium. THERE'S ONLY ONE PROBLEM...THE STADIUM HASN'T TURNED A PROFIT IN YEARS. :uhoh: And the profits WILL NOT add up to the millions needed to build Jackson State the on-campus stadium they need.
