:lol::lol::lol:

thanks TP

No problem...see TP ain't scared of no coalition smack. I was not raised like that. Freshman or not, he is a good QB and unlike Kent, he has a decent staff to coach him and he has talent like Hughes inherited. Ya'll got away with a lot of schitt during the Kent era that you won't get away with now. The SWAC belongs to JSU and all that is within it!

And you are not reasonable regarding matters JSU, dude. At all. (thanks mh)
I categorically deny that!!!!
I posted at the beginning of the year that I was being kind to Jsu this year. :lol:

and to be perfectly honest, my initial post on this thread was in line with my new kindness to Jsu.

Point is, until these kids hit the field at this level, we don't know how they'll pan out. They can have all the high school awards in the world and can get here and flop (thanks mh). I'm not saying this will happen with Britt or anyone else, just like I'm not saying Britt or anyone else will be all world either, based on those stats.
See, I'll use a prime example from ASU.

Consider, we signed a QB who in high school, had awards that would dwarf Britt. This QB was a Parade All-American, he was ranked in the top 5 in the country, not just in his state, but in the country, ranked right among/higher than guys who went on to become household names, playing at the highest levels. This QB came to ASU, and barring injuries to other QBs, this blue chip QB never even became a starter at ASU.
Not to pick on that dude, but his story always make me pause when I see folks thinking they have "the answer" based on high school stuff alone. In that same vein, my original post to jayrob on this thread was

" ummm, you can get all caught up into high school accolades if you want, but folks with the good sense (thanks rob) know otherwise.... "

see, I was speaking from experience and just as I am a reasonable person, I also have the good sense. (thanks rob)

see, I was being kind to you Jsu folks. Yall need to learn to accept kindness.

MH I don't see why you're bothering with them. You know it takes a Village to save a Jayrob.

Dude, EVERY sane person gets your point... we all know that. However, if a blue chip kid signed with AlaState, he must have had two broken ankles at the end of his senior year. You already admitted that he stayed injured. Sounds like Mr. Glass to me.

Yeah that would be the case if you saw one person(besides TP) annoint him our savior. Of course the other guy failed. He sighed on to play at ASU.
MH no matter how you shake it JSU is a different place to play. Players come in with high expectations and we never let them forget it. They come in knowing that our tradition is rich and we expect nothing less than their best.

Now at ASU they come in knowing that the band is where you tradition lies and they will lose 45-50% of the time and have to cheat the rest of the time to win. Dude probably thought he could come in and didn't have to work. Shoot you guys lose so much he just knew he would start with no work.:)

dude, save that tradition and expection mess for somebody who doesnt know who Jsu is and who may not know about your very recent past. Everybody on here already knows about the infamous running clock, not crossing the 50, Delta St, etc.

but I digress,

just accept the kindness and move on.....

You are right, everyone knows about the Bell era. Bell has quickly become one of the most popular coaches in BCF history. However, we have rebounded and won the SWAC.....making it 16-2 when compared to BAMA Jelly.

Dude those are blimps in the grand scheme of football. You think Appilachian States upset will tarnish Michigan.

Jsu= Michigan
ASu = Indiana State

u mean 16-1.... the 668 wipes the last one out. :lmao: that's southern's championship.

Ok, well let TP say it.

BRITT is the ANSWER.

We have seen the film and barring injury, he is gonna win 3 or 4 SWAC titles. Yo azz is pure grazz. The boy can run like Jimmy Oliver but he has a bigger arm than Oliver and he is taller. The end is near but he probably won't start until 2009.

:lmao::lmao:

Best part about this is most of these diversionary specialist won't be heard from again after week #3 of the fall season.
JUST LIKE LAST YEAR.:lmao:

Then totally disappeared during FLOP-LOSS-DEBACLE-TOBER. :lol:

:snicker:

TP,
Are you gon go back to hating Woody when the season starts?
You know, kinda like how you did last year

just asking......

in a kind way though!

:lol:

Never said Woody was perfect but as the season went on, I started to see that he is VERY good OC. Yes, he does a few things that make you scratch your head from time to time but who doesn't. The best thing about him is that he adds a new wrinkle to the offense every week and he is very good and finding out what works and sticking to it.

Now back to the topic: You :scared: huh?

Let's take it easy on ole MH. He already got 668 problems on his hands.
Britt might drive him on over the edge.:lol:

diversion

Now ya'll talking about how good Woody is for getting Britt, but last year you all were straight dogging the man. Make your mind up, do you love him or hate him?

not ONCE did i say anything negative nor positive about WOODY! :idea:

the article mentioned Woody... nobody said a mumbling word about some dayum Woody :smh:
This topic is about BRITT. You know the Frshmn QB that you guys are nervous about. :lol:
Its just an article people gosh. Y'all in here batching like we posted a topic saying "We bout to take over the Swac" *snicker*

once again, NT.... FEAR! They Can't take it! B/C they KNOW!

p.s.
See you at Homecoming... bring the NOISE! (ie; "This is Our (MVSU) Year!")
