It's going to be the downfall of a LOT of jocks.

You can only school hop for so long before folks bypass you for the kids who won't do that.

You at a HBCU-some of those PWI will start holding that against you.

Or teams will start recruiting kids who the chance of them leaving at will is slim to none. Which lets face it will hurt HBCU and D2-3 more than any other schools.

Grad Transfers are tough because some coaches will cut you to bring in a player with more years and tell Grad Transfers to pay your own way or transfer. You also have a change in coaching staff were they are not loyal to older kids on the roster and feel they can replace a grad with better talent. Also, kids just get tired of their school and transfer for a fresh start.
