What’s the difference between JUCO transfers and portal transfers?

JUCO is only 2 years so you have to transfer to a 4 year school to continue playing a sport. The actual transfer portal is when you leave from a 4 year institution to another 4 year institution within the NCAA.

The waivers have a few reasons you could be approved for.. 1 being your former coach left and I think another was mental capacity.. there's always some type of loopholes. Him and Sy'veon are dealing with it.
