PV stadium vs Alabama St stadium

Man go sit down, anybody that's been to that stadium knows it's a dump lol. If it was that great you all wouldn't have been so hype about that "dome."

You will NEVER find anywhere on here where TP was excited about a dome. I never thought it was right for JSU but I support the city of Jackson and the state of Mississippi and if the dome was going to create an economic boost for the city and the state, i would be for it because anything that benefits Jackson, benefits JSU. The city was for it but didn't want to give any money. The state never acted on it. ..also, there is a WHOLE other story behind it all that shall not be discussed here.

Memorial? a dump? smh

OK...my bad then. Your OLD stadium. But I'm not here to fire shots. Again, move away from that little man complex and re-read minus the emotions and hurt feelings. I'll see you on the Smack Board later and we can discuss in detail. :D

They are unable to do that. I really only gave them props in my statement.. LOL I said I WISH JSU had their amenities... smh

That does not make you Title IX compliant so you STILL really exaggerated.

Okay: Build stadium for guys; build stadium for girls. Offer scholarships for guy sports; offer scholarships for girl sports. I think it's called... gender equity. But carry on. Do otherwise and lets see who has balls to sue you guys. But that's par for your course because it seems like jsu is fightling lawsuits annually these days :D . lol

and won them all...

AAMU has a soccer stadium? ::confused smiley:: Not a field, an actual stadium w/ actual bleachers, concession, dressing rooms, blah blah blahhhhhhhh...

Yes Alabama A&M has a soccer stadium with bleachers... Hell you don't need concessions at a soccer game.... Yes they have dressing rooms. See shit that's new to you.. We have already had.

I see you @Fiyah

We are still new to it. And if we choose to supply snacks/concessions at a soccer game, so be it. It's hot here in Oct/Nov sometimes. So, 3 schools that do not have to play soccer on a football field?

Didn't AAMU have a womens and at one point mens soccer program for over 30 years? Isn't the SWAC relatively sort of new to womens soccer? Why would we have soccer stadiums when we as a conference, w/out incl AAMU, are relatively new to it? Twilight zone be damned lol.

I myself wasn't talking to you, I was talking to someone else from your school 'jo' referring to PV's new stadium as high school and that memorial was the best stadium in the SWAC

Incorrect.. We got women's when the rest of the SWAC did.... We always had men's in the past... Even when we had both, they both had their own stadiums on campus.

Factually, Syndi, no one purple/gold graduated could care less what you or any others who aren't PV thinks or says :D . You all are giving yourselves more credit than you rightfully deserve. All have a right to whatever remedial opinion they harbor lol. As for us, in total, we're satisfied w/ what we have and know where we're ultimately going, where you all will never go ironically :D . Our football stadium is super duper nice. Bama St's football stadium is super duper nice. That's all that matters to us. Thanks to you and yours for bringing colonel reb's home diggs into the convo though lol.

Yet here you are with this essay. If you don't care, then keep scrolling and save me the thesis. You see, you all think someone is dissing PV. Go back and see if I've said anything bad about PV. I said something bad about your "old" stadium, but you did something about that now, didn't you? Y'all need to relax. Lol

And the problem with that is? We knew our stadium was ridiculous and worked to do something about it. You don't seem to realize that no one wants the piece of shit ya'll play in which is why they gave it to you and they want to tear it down. Make no mistake it would better serve as a landfill. So either this is an indictment of HBCU's and all our stadiums are worse than that landfill and we should just close up shop athletically as a whole.... OR.... the JSU faithful are delusional and wouldn't know nice facilities if they were handed to them..... hence why they are excited about this handout.
You need to go back and read what I said again for a better understanding. I thought you PV grads were smart.

That was a very long winded and decently nice way of saying I couldn't pretend to give a flying fvck what you or anyone else not native here thought or said w/ regards to any happenings inside this border. Clear as mud? :D

60s and 70s... finished second in the nation in 81 (Division 1 lost to UCONN ) moved to D2 and won a national championship.

I knew about the nat'l championship loaded w/ Africans, if memory serves correct. So, it's safe to assume that since AAMU has been entrenched w/ futbol-soccer for well over 30 years, it's safe to say that you all should have had a separate soccer stadium, correct? Soccer(womens) is still somewhat new to the SWAC. Less than 20 years, correct?
