It's a dump compared to other 60K capacity stadiums that host P5 teams. But in HBCU land, it's paradise.

Comparatively speaking, I've seen far worse. I wouldn't trade Veteran's for anyone else's in the SWAC, and I stand by that statement even in 2016.

Huh? lol Which Prairie View stadium is a shit hole? We have several stadiums on campus so I personally want to know which one is a shit hole. We have a new soccer stadium, new baseball stadium, new softball stadium, new football stadium, and new track and field stadium. I hope you aren't referring to what was demolished in 2015 lol. We haven't had a football stadium since Jan 2015. Southern and Prairie View, the only 2 schools in the SWAC w/ foresight and balance to Title IX compliance [soccer stadiums

And the problem with that is? We knew our stadium was ridiculous and worked to do something about it. You don't seem to realize that no one wants the piece of shit ya'll play in which is why they gave it to you and they want to tear it down. Make no mistake it would better serve as a landfill. So either this is an indictment of HBCU's and all our stadiums are worse than that landfill and we should just close up shop athletically as a whole.... OR.... the JSU faithful are delusional and wouldn't know nice facilities if they were handed to them..... hence why they are excited about this handout.

So let me get this straight, according to jsu folks PV's new stadium wasn't worth building because it isn't worthy of any FCS opponent playing there, High Schoolers already have stadiums better than PV so they won't come to PV anyway, somehow the aluminum bleachers they have in general seating at PV are waaaaaaaay worse than the aluminum bleachers they use at memorial.
So memorial must be the show piece of jsu's campus, the athletes really enjoy working out in the state of the art facilities at their stadium which is far superior to anything being built today, the steak and lobster they serve in the concessions taste so much better than anything in the SWAC. The 60k plus capacity of their beautiful stadium is used completely every game, oh ok then I guess it just sucks to be lil ole PV

All have a right to whatever remedial opinion they harbor lol. As for us, in total, we're satisfied w/ what we have and know where we're ultimately going, where you all will never go ironically .
