When WSSU was in the title game last year, NCAT fans got on Twitter and were trashing them. Then the black Valdosta State students had the nerve to talk down on both schools. I was just :(

That's not true... although we use it as smack, you have folks of varying skintone at both schools. Remember, La has long had a mixture of Creole culture, West Indies Culture, and just plain mixed blood which impacted skin tone. Hell, I'm from North La and I have some kin folk (first cousins, children of first cousins) that are varying shades of skintone. We don't segregate from each other...Hell, SU and GSU folk marry each other and in the household, you have SU and GSU fans... I have it in my house. No big deal!

Exactly!! Gram and SU ain't a bitter rivalry. One of my frat brothers Mom and Dad are Gram alums and both of their sons went to Southern. I got a good friend/classmate of mine who graduated from SU but his brother graduated from Grambling. Hell, our frat brother Mr. Jackson who is SU's band director is from Crowley and he obviously graduated from SU, but one of his brothers graduated from Grambling.You can always see him sitting with the band with his Grambling stuff on. LOL.

It is same superiority complex I saw cats I knew who left Jackson to go to Ole Piss or State look down on the cats who went to JSU, Alcorn or Valley. Yall know this ain't nothing new. The majority of them black kids at Ole Piss think they are getting a better education than what your JSU degree says. You know this. Same for DCG. She knows damn well those black folks who went to UT look down even on U of H degrees and definitely look down on PV and TxSU. Nothing new in America. But those same kids would roll to party at said schools.

I don't dog them out because they went to Grambling. I got some good friends who went to GSU. I have no issues like that with them. Most Jags don't either. It is not a bitter rivalry like that. We just mess with them on their history from a SU stand point.

see J-State folk won't understand this casuse they sit in their capital city in a pretty comfortable situation. I've always said you guys have the best situation in the conference IMO. While Southern and FAMU have the same situation and have to fight battles yall just don't have to deal with. So I can understand FAMU's frustration....Stupid, Ignorant, black folk who would rather sit around and talk about what their own school/foundation don't have while giving to and supporting the competition....go figure....smh

I do not know about this one. It may just be me. I no alot of Ole Miss and MS State White & Black Alum who follows JSU football because we are in the State. They glad to see we are winning and even keeps up with our schedule.
