In an effort to provide relief to victims recovering from a storm system that resulted in massive flooding throughout south Louisiana, Southern University’s Human Jukebox provided the gift of music by performing for a number of evacuees housed at the F.G. Clark Activity Center on the Southern campus.
“We’ve come out in the rain just to come show you how much we care about you and we understand your situation, said Nathan Haymer, SU band director. “Myself and a staff member lost our homes as well. So we are with you and we just want to lift your spirits up.”
