TSU wouldn’t benefit from being in this poorly managed conference. TSU would be better off going independent again. TSU already plays the top SWAC schools that travel anyway. Schools like pvam, Texas, valley, alcorn, and gram don’t travel that well. It’s getting to the point that schools can’t even afford to bring their bands. last year SU barley made it to jackson and that just a 2 hour trip.
That may be true but I do think it would be good for the conference. Some fresh blood needs to be pumped into the conference. Everyone is tired of the Louisiana schoold dominating. Maybe with this additoion everyone else will step up thier game so to speak.
