On Sept. 18th 2004 in Cincinnati, OH Grambling State will meet Bethune Cookman. Can you believe this matchup. "The Pride" versus "World Famed". My goodnessI am getting goosebumps just thinking about it. You know it is a fact that the SWAC always shows up and shows out when it comes to Meac Bands just look at SU and A&T, GSU at the Honda, PV at the Honda, JSU and ASU when they face MEAC schools and finally Tex.South when they played Howard. So I am hoping and payign we can use the momentum we had from the fall to carry over to this fall and take it too the MEAC's Powerhouse. "The Bigger They Are The Harder They Fall", just ask Goliath.

Yes indeed this a trip that I am really looking forward to. I can't wait to tear into a wild cat. Two of the better known bands in the world meeting head-to-head.
 
Tigers are bigger, stronger, have faster reflexes, larger, more complex thought patterns and hunting skills than Wildcats. Wildcats vs. Tigers is like comparing a toy poodle to a fighting Alaskan Malamute. Give 'em hell. :cool:
 
i have all the confidence in the world that GRAM will get all in their isht. these bcc cats are ok but they can't fugg with the SWAC. eventhough we are rivals the week of the statefair classic we are brotheren against the meawack so ya'll will definitely have my full support.....i hope ya'll tear them a new arsehole....much love to you gramblingites put that lean back step on them in cinci and rock the house.

Well we're going to be facing Morgan State this fall. There seems to be qiute a few SWAC/MEwac match ups for this coming season.

I just want every SWAC band from top to the bottom if they play a meac school to give them what is coming to them. Them cats think they too much.
 
this, swac/meawac competition is getting hot........can we at p.v. get some....../. i'm getting rock stiff for some meawac....

The band saw bcc at the making of drumeline. Say bruh this isn't the same band that you all saw in 2002 at the SCG. BCC isn't that impressive to me and to alot of other SWAC people but you have you own opinion.

Really now????? I beg to differ. They are good but they have no groove. They are musical but we have better styling that is not so strict when it comes to phrasing. We are kinda layed back, They don't stand a chance on the field and size means nothing. It don't take many to do plenty -SU's announcer 1989 Need I go on????

based one what??? sound? entertainment? dance routine? GSU aint better than BCC on NONE of those. Watching a GSU tape is like watching a lower tier MEAC tape.

All GSU do is play wrong ass notes and throw their instruments up in the air and start waving them after each song. Then each section will do a different lame dance routine in the stance. They are the LAMEST band I have ever seen in my life.

I love the SWAC but cant take up for hometeam on this one.
