Whole Foods . . . anybody shop there?

Whole foods is one of my favorites, because I can find an abundance of meatless products... I prefer them over Fresh Market, but my main grocery store is Lowe's Foods (because its closer)... Trader Joes is just ok... There was a big fuss over it when it opened up... We are due to get a Publix in the next couple of months....

IMO, Trader Joe's is definitely a specialty type store. They have a bunch of brand names that you've never heard of. A lot of organic, natural type stuff.
About every other month when I'm thinking "I'm gon start eating healthy", I stop by there. LOL
They do have a good selection of low, reduced and no sodium food.

Trader Joe's opening a store in Birmingham . . .

Did the Whole Foods open in Montgomery yet?

Not yet, MH . . . they're building a new shopping center out at East Chase, and it won't be complete until next year some time.

Hey Tony, being from Mississippi, I'm sure you're used to your buildings being on wheels :emlaugh: but in Alabama we actually build our buildings on foundations, which tends to take a little longer.
