Yeah JSU did the same drill from championship. Dr. Greggs have done evey drill yall doing....including 2014 boombox..minus the lame words & cancer stuff.

Last time SU band was in tune.....there where no color tvs , most people had horses to get around,.Cab Calloway was the main attraction & we was coming up on the american great depression.....maybe I went to far.....after world war 2....y'all tried to tune su band. Sooooo only yall first band maybe was in tune...& u had take a black & white picture of that.

I'm not in JSU band....I just slightly like them betta. I guess when Haymer did JS Who...it got u turned on....shat....I guess that's better than making luv for u.

It's not going to get any better! SU has fly-by-night arrangers, they SUCK! I think SU's instrumentation is f'd up! Greggs blew you away with 128! This current SU band sounds like its constipated!

1. I haven't seen any drills Haymer wrote...that ain't far from what Doc. Greggs has already done. 2. Taylor old arrangements & his arranging style kills Haymer new shat. 3. Taylor already the leader...he have nothing to prove to anyone. Glaf y'all think Jaymer creating 100% new drill designs....maybe he will.....but 90% what I'm serving already been done in some form. Unless he gonna pull a Ohio state.... damn near all current style 8 to 5....step 1 or wateverdrills gone be similar.... some may be more complex....that's all.

OK....1.Taylor old arrangements & style are betta than Haymer new shat, Haymer is good...but..all his stuff sounds similar...same style. Taylor can write songs & you would think two people wrote them....but both would he excellent arrangements. So, even if Taylor never write anything else....he betta.....nothing to prove, the boom has great young arrangers.....he let them do they job. 2. What All NEW drills have Haymer wrote, most stuff he is doing is Doc.Greggs inspired.....which is great. Dr.Greggs is the greatest when it comes to drills.....I admit that! So unless SUor JSU pulls a Ohio state drill concept......its all the same style format.
 
I not taking Nothing away from Doc. Haymer. I think he is one of yhr greatest...I do & I respect his young staff.....but from what I have seen....overall the boom still had a betta sound this yr....than SU....& that's without Doc. Taylor arranging.
 
But ...Haymer is a beast....& I know the Boom may not like his ways.....but they respect his talents. I love that something in my heart arrangement Haymer did. So....U SU Folks need to calm down & stfu. If u can read.....I give y'all props.....but y'all don't give back props. I just think fundamentally... Doc. Taylor is betta on all fronts... because he as all ready proved himself as an band leader, arranger & everything else. Only thing haymer can prove over Taylor is a new style of his own, for betta or worse.

So JSU people making threads to feel some validation so they can get a pat on the back since their band got manhandled by the Jukebox and JSU's football team is the sorriest in the SWAC. Kudos J S Poo.

I personally believe you have to have tenure to consider yourself the best.... at least 3 plus years..... Best up and coming director is Haymer no doubt. But best director, best at not changing to be more like SU, best at doing them and being entertaining at the same time, best at consistency...... My vote is
