WHAT?!?!?!?!?!

What do you mean by this statement??? I would love to know before I start snapping.:confused::confused::confused::confused::confused::confused:

Help me to stay calm..... :angel2::angel2:

What I mean is that the Zeta's have always been a very very very very very very very distant third to the AKA's and Delta's in all categories. I never hear anyone say I going to be a Zeta. They just seem to one day show up with a blue tee shirt on. The same thing with the Sigma's. They are always a very very very very very very very very very very very very very vewry very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very distant fourth to the Nupe's, Que's and Alpha's. This is not smack but truth. You better watch out; Iota Phi Theta is gaining ground on you. There is no need for you to snap at the truth.

enswaclopedia,

Don't yall get docmump started. You might be suffering from the School Daze syndrome. Does any one remember wannabees and jigaboos? Looks like these sterotypes are still out there. Spike Lee send help.

Post pics of pretty ZETA's here ..........>>>>>>

This is really sad. Hazing is a crime and it must stop. :redhot: And every member of Black Greek sisterhood deserves respect and love. Any case of hazing, is heartbreaking.

:xeye: Whachu holding your tongue for?

Some folks need schooling on certain issues.

:smh:

As to the topic, it doesn't matter the colors or the letters, hazing is hazing, and that mess is AGINNALAW. Them heffas need to be punished accordingly.

It is stupid to haze and dumb to readily accept being hazed. I, for one, would NEVER allow anyone to hit me. Hit me, and you will know what it means to be hit!

Punish all hazers. I know my organization has punished some as well as the court of law. YOU RISK YOUR ENTIRE ORGANIZATION WHEN YOU HAZE.

docmump: Please let this child have it.

I've been on yards where the Sigmas and Zetas run it. (of course the Bruhz was off the yard at the time, but that's not the issue ) J/K Blues

I respect all the Pan-Hell...including the Iotas. I respect all who wear Greek letters. We are all Brothers and Sisters.

So if you want to pledge Kappa (who know's why) do you Thing.
If you want to pledge Zeta.....Do you DAMN Thing.
If you want to pledge Omega......SEE ME FIRST.....so you can go pledge something else.

*ting*

That's pitifully sad. For any organization to haze is an affront to what many of NPHC orgs stand for. Even the IFC orgs. Well that ones that are actually about someting before and after.

Pledging should remain. HAZING must go.

But who am I kidding? When you have week pledges who don't possess the manhood/womenhood to say that they aren't going to partake in any action that may/shall cause physical and/or psychological harm & deans/makers who are too excited and want their pledges to go through the same intensity of **** that they went through during their processes, more occurrences will amount.

I actually don't have time to respond to your ignorance, nor did I even feel you deserve a response, but I guess I will give you one. What catagories are we behind in? Community service, membership, trailblaizers, ect.. I'm curious. What is your basis? Do you live in a hole or something? Maybe some chapters may not be doing well - but there are several that are making it happen.. Phi Beta Sigma is on the move... Since you want to speak on catagories:

In politics, we have trailblazers like Bro. Rod Paige, Sec. of Education, Bro. Rep. John Lewis (D-GA) - and I could go on. In business, we have brothers like Bro. H. J. Russell, who owns the largest black construction firm in the US - and I could go on, mentioning other CEOs and entrepeneurs.. In sports, we have brothers like Bro. Emmitt Smith (NFL's leading rusher) and Bro. Jerry Rice (the most prolific receiver in NFL history)... In entertainment, we have brothers like Bro. Blair Underwood and Bro. J. Anthony Brown.. To keep our race motivated, we got brothers like Bro. Les Brown... And I won't even start with brothers like Bro. George Washington Carver, Bro. A. Phillip Randolph, Bro. Harold Washington, ect. since it seems as if you are saying that we are behind today. As for our membership we are almost 200,000 - so how is that behind? And not to mention our community service projects - Project SWAAC (Sigmas Waging War Against Cancer), Sigmas against teenage pregnancy and so on....

By the way, are you Greek? If so, why did you join the organization that you are in? I am willing to bet that you suffer from sterotype syndrome. From your responses, you seem like the type of person that looks at an organization for a certain image - because if I join this fraternity, I can be pretty or I will be noticed when I wear my slacks and my Tommy shirt, or I just pledged so I got to get me a brand and some boots, or I will be noticed for being intelligent now. You may see some trends, but you will not see a single trend with Phi Beta Sigma. If I had this mentality, I would have probably become a Kappa...

FYI, I've always wanted to be a Sigma - every since I was in the second grade. I come from a legacy of Sigma/Zeta (mother, both brothers, all aunts except one, and cousins), and no one ever put any pressure on me to become a Sigma - I did because of my desire. More Alphas and Kappas spoke to me about pledging than anyone else. And just to let you know how bad I wanted Sigma, there were only three brothers on campus when I got to Alabama A&M University and they didn't get any respect. People called them lame arsed frat and everything under the name of the sun. But guess what - I pledged in the Spring of 1994 on a line of 16 and we took the campus over. The same people that called Sigma a "lamed-arse frat" were the same ones at the front of the line waiting to get into one of our parties. And when I left Alabama A&M, our chapter had over 50 members. And that chapter still has over 50 members today. My point is (just in case you didn't catch it), is that the people make the organization - the organization does not make the people.

Convicted of misdemeanor hazing were Shyron V. Bryant, 22; Angela Denise Mitchell, 23; Rikita Renee Deans, 21; and Tamika Shanta Murrell, 23.

Back to the original intent of the email, I think this is pretty sad. I actually know one of the convicted sorors personally.. She actually graduated last year and is teaching. Sometimes, you just gotta let go..

I don't think it will stop until one of our organizations has fallen...and even then, we will have a few asses to try the system.

Represent KT.

What's up BandFan... Yeah, I was on the 1994 spring line for Gamma Epsilon. You probably know my youngest brother - he was on the 1998 spring line. His real name is Elliott. His line name was "Disco Freak." My oldest brother also PLEDGED Gamma Epsilon in the Spring of 1984... And my cousin Attack Dog, pledged Gamma Epsilon in the Spring of 1990.

SAY THAT!

I've been "pledging" for 19 years as of March 3, 2003!

Someone is a tainted, blue balled dumbass, then, and please feel free to deliver the message.

Plow we put a ceiling on the ladies which is ten. Some Bros have been expelled for going over their allowed number. Be advised that our policies changed in 1984.

Man this is going to get so good. I am just going to get me some popcorn, because everytime someone says something about the sigmas they start coming out of the woodworks to defend themselves......

Move your arse over Nita, I want a good seat .......Move Dammit!

O yeah...let me drop my thoughts. Blood, Sweat, & Tears. That's what got me across the burning sands. Right or wrong, rules or not, I did what I had to do.

Now skoot your arse over Nita. This KT dude tried to name very famous brother they have. I think a nerve was struck. This can only get better..............I love it when these sigmas get mad, they are so kute

Yeah, I remember Elliot. He was on that "3 Kings" line at GE-98. He is good peoples. Never had a bad word to say about about anyone. I came in to AAMU with majority of the 99 line. There were always some Sigmas in R.O.T.C. with the rest of us.
