Sexual assault is any type of sexual contact or behavior that occurs without the explicit consent of the recipient. Falling under the definition of sexual assault are sexual activities as forced sexual intercourse, forcible sodomy, child molestation, incest, fondling, and attempted rape.

I can't say if he did or didn't do it but it will come down to a trial and whether or not a jury believes him or them. I think this may be good for him in a way because it opens up the question of why they didn't come forward earlier. I mean 2004 was 11 years ago. The must have a hell of a long statute of limitations.
 
Anyone can claim sexual assault. Where is the evidence? What proof do they have? That is what it's going to boil down too.

There is no evidence.. all they have is a pattern of behavior... but no evidence.

Bruh, I knew a woman that straight up told me she lied on a dude and had him arrested for sexual assault. All because they had sex and he didn’t call the next day. She was even bragging about it.

Was he tried and convicted? If so, I'd report her to the authorities.

I remember a chick was brought to court for filing a false rape report...they gave her 5 years probation. The dude was facing life.

She didn’t say any details, like who the guy was in question or how long ago it was. The conversation came up because of another high profile case like this and I made the statement “It must be something to it if he was arrested.” I never heard of a woman getting arrest for making false claims about sexual assault.
