TSPN Teachers, while you are here...

Forget cordial. His days in my room are over. Also, I teach in an alternative school. His ass is here for drugs, assault, attempted murder, hitting a teacher or something like that.

Ok in my district they are sent to JJAEP (Juvenille Justice Alternative Education Program) for shi* like this!!!!! Don't let them get away with it bruh.... I deal with alot of kids from alternative campus

This is ridiculous. Suggest they--someone other than you--help him get his GED and get on. Unfortunately, he is a statistic just waiting to happen. We can all see it but him.

Optional Learning Center, similar to ISS.

He ran that joint like a boot camp! :lol:

That changes the whole thing. He lost his right to do anything negative.

See here we use
ISS =In School Suspension
ALC= Alterntive Learning Center

Does he have a history of such behavior with you? I don't think he should remain in there, because it sets a precedent of disrespect.
Nita, the first week of school a studetn hit a teacher with a notebook. During lunch she had a cop come over and take a report. The admin rode her until they finally got rid of her. The admin has gotten better. They actually thought they could go the year without any serious infractions. We literally have kids .......we have three who are here for murder (yes murder), one cut a girl's face with a razor, one beat a teacher, etc. How can you not have infractions with that kind of kid. (No brag, but I was the only principal I know who could pull that off)
No. He does not have that kind of history with me.

The bad thing about this is the administrators will tell you not to send him down anymore!!!! There is so much that goes with working in these schools.:smh: :smh: :smh: :smh: :smh:
As a former prin, I know the first issue is that if there are too many suspensions you lose your job. FORMER PRINCIPAL!!!!

Hell Naw!!!! They could never offer me a job there. I have been known for being to strick them spoons probably would try and get me.... lol

These chirren are so convinced that I don't have good sense, even the so called bad ones will tell other ones who try to jump bad (because they don't know), "Uh, she ain't the one, dude/girl/whoever."

That little mofo would come back in my class with the full knowledge by the administration that if he tries to get new with me, I'ma hang a chair around his fukking NECK. :nod: If they wanted to leave him in my class after that, it would be an "is what it is" type situation.

I done told you to leave them chirren alone, asking question again what color do you want me to wear to your funeral?....

Punch him in his throat! That's why I like the college level!!! When these mofo's get out of hand like that, I punch the isht out of them! Ask several of my band students! They have ONE chance to do that with me and then we have a very bad mis-understanding event happening!!! I check them hard and often!!!

Would you REALLY? lol

Um, YEAH. I would. These futhamuckas are bigger than I am. I ain't trying to fight fair. If one of 'em comes after me, I'm picking up computer monitors, a chair, wtfever is HANDY, and I'ma CLOCKIN' their azzes upside the head with it.

I tell 'em that, too, and get just gutter enough with their asses (without cussin' 'em out) that they think I will.

I have yet to have to prove myself (in this building), but if I do, I'm DO IT, pick my purse up, and walk my azz out the door.

This is why I couldn't do this job...at least not teaching this age. :tdown:

It seems the 18 year old 9th or 10th grader has more issues to deal w/other than his attitude/temper. :rolleyes:

He needs to be in an alternative school, or better yet, just go ahead and do everyone a favor and drop out...then get his GED. He sounds like a lost cause. :smh:

Maybe Out perhaps....:uhoh: :wavey:

Boy, I can feel you on this one.

When dealing with children, ribs are a tender spot. You can usually get a charging one to drop and roll with a good rib shot.

You must be dealing with a decent administration. Where I taught, they told us not to send the kids to the office for stuff like that. If a child did get sent to the office, nine times out of ten they would be sent right back to class without any form of punishment.
