Media Day was fantastic and provided valuable insights about many teams.

EAST

1. **Jackson State** - Going all the way to the A!
2. **Alabama State** - This is still a difficult pick to make due to the quarterback situation. They have a transfer backup, but he is less than impressive. They NEED Mr. Body.
3. **FAMU** - After media day, I feel confident placing FAMU in a solid third position. Initially, I thought AAMU would challenge them for this spot, but I've since changed my mind. They still lack a coach and a quarterback, but if ASU doesn't get Body back, FAMU could challenge for the number two spot.
4. **AAMU** - Listening to Sam Shade almost made me drop them to fifth place. Im sure he was wondering what was going on at Alabama during his press interviews. 🤣 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
5. **BCU** - The only change here is moving BCU to fifth and Valley to sixth. I considered moving BCU up to fourth after enduring Sam Shade's interviews, but I'm not impressed with them at all.
6. **Valley** - They will remain "Valley" until they can prove otherwise.

West:

1. **Southern** - They have a quarterback, which sets them apart from the other teams in the West. Additionally, they have some key returners.
2. **Alcorn** - I was actually impressed with Coach T! He understands that he needs to improve the offense and has focused on that area. I hope the defense doesn't suffer as a result. They still lack a quarterback, but they have a solid offensive line and one of the best running backs in the conference. I enjoyed hearing about his plans to move players around, as it seems his roster was pretty thin in some areas last year. Im happy to see this because everyone knows Alcorn is my #2 SWAC team. FAMU might have a few challenges for Homecoming.
3. **Prairie View** - I'm keeping Prairie View in the third spot mainly because TJack appears to have a plan for success. It will be interesting to see how he navigates Division I waters. He just needs to stop lying.
4. **Texas Southern** - I'm dropping them from 2nd to 4th primarily because I’m unsure about what Chris Dishman be talking about. However, I still want to further evaluate his coaching skills. I'm not clear on what improvements he has made, and Im not sure he is clear on it himself. I haven't seen many interviews from him. He seems as unengaging as Sam Shade, so maybe no one wanted to speak to him.
5. **Grambling** - Mickey hasn't done or said anything that makes me feel confident in him or his team. They had a few lucky wins last year, and I expect their record to remain about the same.
6. **UAPB** - I feel like their coach is just collecting a paycheck until his kids finish school.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

👀👀 Awe shucks now Kinfolk. Soooo, what you’re saying is you got a “possible” like we would say in Spades? Let me switch to my good eye when I’m speaking to you Lenard… Do y’all got a piece of the Kit Kat or the whole bar 👀 Don’t hold out on me Leonard..

Shiddddddddddddddddd..... TSP, we got 1 heart in our hand, an ace of hearts and we are about to cut on hearts w/ this 2 of spades. lol

Let us host it this year bruh. Let us be great for once. Y'all been hosting forever and a day. Ain'tchall tired of hosting yet? Whooping up on SU and all? :(

Listen, seeing SU suffer every year at the Vet always warms my heart. Word on the street is if we win another game against them, we own series which mean we the daddy, papi, big brother now. “Allegedly”, the NCAA vacated a few wins them light skinned folks in Baton Rouge had cause folks was in violation.

Look, TC putting them boys through that hot sippy heat and he even used the men in black light on them boys to make them forget last year’s championship.

Unfortunately, y’all going to have to run 2021 back at the Vet. Y’all need a few more elite classes before we take the ship on the road to PV, and that’s real talk, but y’all will come out the West. I see what Tremaine is building. It’s going to be hard hitting. I’m telling you, JSU’s depth is ridiculous. That offense somehow got better because folks not paying attention to what was developed, but rather, they’re stuck on what was brought in via transfer portal. Good luck.

Nope and hell no. Whooping them sorry spotted bastards has been a thing of beauty. Somewhat sad in a way because they haven’t been the same over the last few years as far as hostility, travel, etc. and have become a shell of themselves. Regardless, it’s always a joy beating them senseless 😁

Now this is more like it. Im always happy to help 😆

Alcorn won't be that bad 😆. They finished 6-6 last year and blew out txsu for whatever that's worth.
Thune will finish higher than 6 but still be bad
They played tsu In November when they were down to a lineman playing QB and the season was already over. That was not a measurement game.

Oh, okay. I didn't know yall was down to your 3rd and 4th string QBs. My bad..

Our 3rd string QB played in quite a few games, more notabley the SCG in December which he also won. Only difference is, we don’t complain about depth because our depth is not like yalls depth. Our scout team would start at the rest of yalls schools.

You're probably right. I wasn't aware. Depth has been an Achilles heel for tsu. All the best to your team in the coming season. Which school you pandering for again?

I still say AAMU is too low. Everyone so busy laughing at a team you don't even play this year, need to be watching AAMU

Preseason is based mostly on last season with "some" emphasis on what you returned and recruited. Aamu hasn't beaten any of the 3 teams ranked above them in the last 3 to 4 years nor did they outrecruit them. Plus they have a new staff (not to mention Eddie blew shade out). They are exactly where they should be.

I disagree, I don't trust them. Just like sTu hey are too quiet. I think they are both better than we are expecting.
