Trp...I was being generous in my prediction. Suns could easily win in 5.
It would be a damn shame if the fLakers got swept.

Kobe is still the better player, because he's more clutch and also I agree with what you stated. LeBron has closed the gap if not surpassed Kobe in terms of physical "unstoppableness". Part of it is due to limited offensive coaching instructions and Part because just as you stated, he simply didn't take over.
Man, you can't worry about what people gonna say...even your teammates. Kobe may pout sometimes (early post Shaq years) and act like Scottie Pippen to prove a point, but he will take over a game. LeBron ain't there yet... he gets caught in a system and won't say "shit on what Coach said, imma run this like this". Kobe and Paul Pierce are the only two guys in the upper echelon (perimeter guys) who still have that mentality. Give me the rock, damn runniing plays...Imma win it. Pierce doesn't have the athleticism of Kobe and Lebron but that "gimme the rock" mentality is why he has a championship. It's why Kobe has one (post Shaq) and why the Lakers have to still be the favorite win it. (DAMN!!!!)

I been telling people this for years.
Its why I rank the Top Players like this.
1. Kobe
2. DeWade
3. Lebron
Winning that championship MEANS alot because if you are gonna do it as a perimeter guy, you have to take over games with jump shots in clutch times. Kobe & DeWade has done this when thier teams needed them MOST. Time after time they drained that jumper in the mouths of Defenses who packed it in quarter court style. Even when the opponent would score right back on them, they'd come back and do it all over again & over AGAIN.
That takes MAD skill and mental toughness to do. Lebron hasn't done that yet, which is why he doesn't deserve that name "King" James...what crown does he have?
He hasn't won a Championship.:retard:

Although I hold LeBron "accountable" (after all, he's the "guy" and the "guy" has to step up), his coach isn't good strategically. Bad move putting LeBron on Rondo... Rondo ain't gonna hurt you "that" much scoring wise. Let him keep Pierce in check and also PUT LeBron in the post up game on Pearce to draw fouls. Then if you want him on Rondo when Pearce goes to the bench you can make that switch on a few key possessions.
Mike Brown is not a good stategist...it's all about taking advantaged of certain matchups. Stopping Rondo isn't crucial to beating the Celtics.
Anyhoo I know basketball and if it wasn't for Andrew Bynum saving Kobe azz again last night, they would have gotten blown out.

Speaking of that garbage ass shaq wanna be...Bynum won't be able to handle Amare.
Mb.
Lemme answer your question:
First of all lebron doesn't have a post up game. He does not have a turn around jumper. That weapon hasn't been added to his game yet. With lebron its either chunking up 3s or getting all the way to the basket.
Secondly when shaq is in the game he is the only one that can post cause he can't leave the lane. I don't understand why they don't post up jamison and put Z in the game and let him shoot some 3s.
It will be a travesty if the cavs don't get past the celtics. Lebron might leave ole Cleveland
so why isnt Z playing again?
Folks have been asking that for days. Jon Barry and Michael Wilbon asked a few games ago why Z isn't playing so he can help spread the floor. Perkins or Garnett would have to go get him on the perimeter which takes away some of Boston's interior defense.
Mike Brown can't see that because he aint that good of a coach. Celtics fans complain about Doc Rivers but Brown aint no Doc Rivers. Doc can at least make adjustments. Brown is overated as a coach. Good guy and probably a helluva assistant when he was under Poppovich. Not sure he has the X and Os of coaching not to mention the hard nosed mentality needed to win in the playoffs. Just my 2 cents worth.
It aint neeeeeever Lebron
I could see if LeBron scored 35 and none of the other players did a damn thing. But Lebron wasnt even trying and the others fed off that...but lets see if he decides to step up tonight or if he decides to put his house up for sale.
