By the way, you ain't really hit no puddin until it had a lil period on it anyway. Now that is a workout. She is all hot and you trying not to get it on you or the bed sheets.
 
I think as men get older our focus should be more on the cardio part and lift weights to keep our muscles active....but I will try this...
