I don't know about that...GSU has won it a total of 13 times and TSU has won it 11 times so that puts us over you!

Notice he said at that time which was way in 1986. He knows whats up. Keep in mind that TNSU hasn't won a BCF Championship since 1982. Grambling has beat TNSU 7 out of the 9 times that we've played each other.

Is he talking about leasing the property from the soccer team for the next 35 to 40 years or is he talking about you all leasing the property out?

The team leasing the land from the city/county. TSU will not have a lease, they just had to put up money on the purchase of the stadium.
