Is Peach County majority black? We went to the Wendys down the road from FVSU and they had some Peach County High stuff in there. I didnt realize they had won as many titles as they have.
And middle GA is full of talent..#1 QB is from Houston County which is 1 county over from Peach I think and he will be at UGA next season. They are already saying he could be better than Eason

I think that there are almost the same number of Blacks as Whites in the county (50-50) with a little more Whites in the county. The percentages of African-Americans in many Middle and South Georgia counties has risen because more Whites are leaving than Blacks.

You are right. The area has long produced talent. Rayfield Wright, Jesse Tuggle, Greg Lloyd, Damarius Thomas Eddie Anderson, and Mel Blount are from hometowns less than a two hour drive from Fort Valley.
Lloyd went to Peach County. Blount played at Southern before going to Pittsburgh. Anderson, a former FVSU Wildcat, was a teammate of Porter's at Warner Robins High School and a teammate of Bo Jackson with the Raiders. Porter was a teammate of Jackson at Auburn (my clarifying an earlier statement).

Did they ever give an official statement on the permanent opponent? I thought it was just a 4-3.
