If that's what happened then JPD/Veteran's Memorial Stadium/JSU should make everyone leave the field/stadium before either of the bands exit the stands. Nobody should be able to walk up on any band director of either side.

If the cameraman didn't have a Sonic Boom Uniform/tee on, then I don't give a fugg about him. This has nothing to do with the Boom...keep that shyt moving.

Have mercy...it's getting to the point that this game doesn't need to be played. There's way too much tension between these two teams, schools, bands, fans, alumnus, etc...something is gonna fool around and escalate into violence and that will be the end of SU/JSU series. :smh:

It starts at the top and trickles down, Thats all I can say. Now I know why their band cuss' like a sailor in their chants.
If he is arguing with a camera man like that, aint no telling what a bandmember would do. (I can only imagine)
Question is: Did he forget he was in Uniform and in Leadership position? (and being filmed) Idiot
Why was he not tending to his band?
He all across the field talking to random Band Heads in a hostile manner :smh:

Yea I realize the point ur tryna make...i happen to know the person who did that and I can say that he is the type of person that can get under any1's skin....
 
I never really understood why they signed a contract to hold the game in Jackson for however many years it is anyway. That's taking away $$$ from the city of Baton Rouge every other year. :noidea:
But it seems to me what may need to happen is that they hold this game in a neutral location. I never hear of any gripes when JState or SU plays other schools...it's ALWAYS some isht when it's the JState/SU game. I understand it's a big rival game & all, but damn!

Please point out where I have said being childish is cute or where I said it was OK for someone to get in a director (or anyone's) face.

What you need to do is stop ASSuming. Still THINKING you know what's up and don't...

That's a lie. I know when i marched at GSU, while we marched out the stadium after the 5th, JSU band continued to play at least 3 more songs.

I am friends with someone who marched in JSU's band from 93-95 and even SHE said that JSU took an L on the field and the stands. I wish I could make this up.

But numberous folks on all the Blogs have given the entire night to JSU. Man even the crowd was all into JSU songs...Stop it Jax...

What years were those, because we left after other bands left? Doc didn't let us play a bunch of songs after a band left, and we didn't want to either. And the years I attended games, I'd always seen the Boom leave when the visiting band left. So what year(s) are you talking about?

That's exactly what I (and others around me) were thinking, too. The guy sitting next to me is the one who got my attention, because the director did it more than once.

It don't matter if the crowd is into a song.. if it sound out of control you ain't winning no battle.. they do have musicians in the crowd brah..

Hell on many of GSU bad years.. the crowd have no problem with being into their songs..

I might have to go check out that GSU jsu footage.... GSU may sound a lot better than this mess I heard from JSU this weekend...
