You don't get to label people idiots because they choose not to take the vaccine. Just be happy with your decision to take it. A little over 11% or 38M of the United States population of 333M have been infected by the virus. I believe the number of infected is much higher. Many that were asymptomatic did not get tested. The number of deaths from Covid, 630K, is less than 1% of the U.S. population at .00189. I agree, the vaccine could have prevented many of those deaths. Based on that infection and mortality data one could deduce that the majority of U.S. Citizens' immune systems don't require a vaccination and can wear a mask, social distance, eat healthy and practice cleanliness instead. Are the unvaccinated taking a risk? Yes, but it is their risk to take.
I think you are missing a huge point, A Virus needs a host, unvaccinated are perfect hosts for mutation of a virus thus a never ending cycle of spread! The vaccine alters the ability of the virus to replicate itself thus minimizing spread and mutation!

Of course I can, and I already have. You can choose not to believe they are, but a tree that falls in a forest is on the ground regardless of who saw it fall.

I am not advocating for or against vaccination. It is a personal decision whether or not one gets the vaccine. Only 50-60 % of the U.S. Military are vaccinated. Are you calling them idiots? If you make a decision without considering the risks then there may be some truth to your idiot label. I read the FDA approval document. I suggest you do the same. Your declaration that "literally no one is harmed by the vaccine" is false based on information contained in the FDA approval document.
No one has the right to infect other people.

You do realize that breakthrough infections are a very small portion of new cases, right? In fact, newest data says they are rare and have a shorter window of spreading infection.

Also, infection and disease are TWO DIFFERENT THINGS. The vaccine protects against DISEASE. Just because someone is infected doesn't mean the infection will lead to DISEASE.

I now see how Harriet Tubman felt! Hits home now! 😥

it's been acknowledged it's manmade, that's not even really a question anymore. that's what rand paul was grilling fauci about in the senate hearing not so long ago - where the funding for the research came from.

Way too many people are ignoring the message because of the messenger but I didn't. But just like Cuomo, the truth will always find its way to the forefront despite blue MAGA trying to cover it up

While breakthrough infections aren't as voluminous as those of unvaccinated, to characterize them as "rare" is not exactly accurate considering there has been a significant increase in them over the last few months (and we don't know exactly how many because the CDC initially only began tracking them that resulted in hospitalizations or death.

Infections in vaccinated people have the potential to create mutations and initiate viral spread, too.

My local hospitals are running out of ICU beds and things are only expected to get worse. Even though a lot of people are getting vaccinated it's still not enough ... it's so strange seeing more people pushing towards going back to normal with the pandemic still raging.

We need another lockdown but it's not gonna happen ... yea this sucks but it is what it is.

if it’s like this now wait until it gets cold. and then wait until the media can no longer keep up the lie that 99.7% of those hospitalized haven’t been vaccinated. After that story came out about the 9000 in Germany getting saline shots I’d be a little worried about what I got.

Are you really arguing with Johns Hopkins University bruh?

I'm not arguing with them. I look at the same data you do. Also, I take into account anecdotal accounts, too. I know about a bunch of vaccinated people who had COVID symptoms, went to get tested but was told that they didn't need to be because they were vaccinated. They had to recover at home without it ever being documented they had COVID.

As I said, there isn't enough true data in the U.S. at least, to make the claim that breakthrough infections are rare considering the CDC just presented data that indicated vaccines went from 91 percent effective pre-delta to 66 percent currently.

Facts! Just another reason why there remains hesitancy with the American population on getting vaccinated! Too many inconsistencies and scratch your head moments!

You are high on misinformation. PLEASE SEEK HELP.

This is NOT slavery
Im reading the same medical journals and notes everyone else is. The only difference is that I'm using critical thinking and paying attention to what is being said, but more importantly, what's NOT being said or revealed! Therein lies the big difference!

Instead of doing what they say, how about you watch what they do and see if you pick up a pattern? 😒🤔

There is a difference between critical thinking and fanaticism based on a person bias.

You are arguing against information that has made it through the SCIENTIFIC METHOD. Do you know what that is??

Critical thinking is the analysis of facts to form a judgment which generally include the rational, skeptical, unbiased analysis, or evaluation of factual evidence.

You mean it's not just shotgun-questioning another persons facts based on a belief I want to believe, regardless of whether my belief has been proven as a fact??!!

  1. Make an observation.
  2. Ask a question.
  3. Form a hypothesis, or testable explanation.
  4. Make a prediction based on the hypothesis.
  5. Test the prediction.
  6. Iterate: use the results to make new hypotheses or predictions.
Utilizing the method as you suggested, we are now venturing into the "test the prediction" phase with the vaccine rollout! I'll wait for the results afterwards just in case the CDC decides to finally acknowledge there is a more concrete and direct link to heart inflammation, and/or myocarditis. 🛌
