SWACINSIDER- If you live in Houston over the years the media would put TSU down because it was an attempt to close the school. TSU has placed so many folks in the middle to upper class probably more than any other SWAC schools. Our pharmacy school has been graduating students since the '50s, our law school has been sending graduates to city, state, and national positions for years. Our Eductaion department has been producing teachers and principals for years, and the Business School has been developing business owners for decades.
Stop watching TV so much and GET the real facts!!!!! Anyting else I need to school you on about TSU then ask me and not just hear the one-sided news reports.
You force me to do this. My job consists of analysis, statistics, Quantitative and Qualitative research in education. Texas Southern has a 12% graduation rate, 12%. The Law Program is struggling and many in that program are struggling passing the bar exam but you tell me not to listen to news reports. I don't have to. The figures, statistics and information are all over the internet. Houston has never supported Texas Southern and it's Texas Southern's fault. Your own alum threw his own school under the bus for cheating and not abiding NCAA rules so that just adds to the problems of Texas Southerns image and reputation but keep your maroon and grey blinders on but to be in a big city Texas Southern doesn't measure up. Most schools education departments are very productive, again Texas Sou isn't doing anything spectacular. The Pharmacy Dept. is low ranked and that's why when the public looks for the rankings it shows "rank but not published". The school as a whole shows "un-ranked" due to the very low ranking so bruh get out of here with that crap like Texas Southern is just the cream of the crop. Spell education correctly by the way since you're from a school of higher learning. Sorry i had to go there but back to topic.
