Possible ASU Hornet a Transfers

Truth is that y'all will have to start a QB that won't have any real game experience, you guys lost almost all of your playmakers from last year, etc. This will be a year of growing pains for JSU

All of your information is FALSE

Dude, last year we stepped on the field with FOUR new defensive line starters, a QB who only got to play becasue the starter got hurt the previous week and without our most prolific receiver from the previous year and STILL whooped ya'll.

You should. While I think JSU will be the best team in the EAST, one should NEVER put a team with a totally new staff ahead of those with experienced systems. If I had to rank right now, I would put Alabama State first, Alcorn second and JSU third. BUT that is just on paper. I know JSU has the coaching and talent to be first in the EAST for the 7th time in 9 seasons.

:lmao: I see no one else even touched this...

DaHill, Really?
We all know that anything can happen but AAMU can't beat JSU unless we are just slap sorry. Your new staff won't change that. Your coaching staff last year was not horrible. You all just had not been getting athletes during the APR era. You can't close the gap in talent in one year...and I still don't think you all have the athletes to run that system. The example I always use is Earnest Wilson. His offense could work in Jackson becasue we had the horses to run it but I told the Hampton alums that he would fail there and they went 4-7. You can't just install that type of offense without the athletes. You all will be a running/option team by mid-season if your staff is smart.

JSU upgraded our coaching staff TREMENDOUSLY and you know and I know that AAMU has never been able to stop a good JSU offense. Heck, last year ya'll could not even stop a mediocore JSU offense. The JSU defense might be the best in years schematically. We still need 2-3 years to build a monster tho.

I do like the AAMU staff, however. I think that in 2-3 years, the EAST will become JSU-AAMU rather than JSU-AlaState.

Keep hope alive tho! :D
