Of course The Steelers are not my team, but I have just been amazed by the amount of hate that this brother has received be it from many Steeler fans or simply those that hate the Steelers....

For most of them all they saw was a black man that was given the job (DEI) and jumped in the growing number of Steeler fans that wanted him gone for some "sexy" bigger (WHITE) name.
He is tied for 9th in all time wins in NFL history. The next black coach you see on that list is Dungy at number 27.
He got a coaching tree despite what those folks claim. 3 guys and 1 WON a super bowl.
Never had a losing season. 5th longest tenured coach in NFL history.
As many folks pointed in the comment section of yahoo on this story-"be careful what you wish for". There are folks who would LOVE to have the Steeler's issue of a winning record and making the playoffs. Not everyone can say that.
