NC A&T vs. FAMU

A&T football program is still way better than Alcorn ... I still think they have a high quality program. Quality programs are allowed one bad game and they only lost by 3 points to a FAMU team that hasn't lost to a SWAC team since 2014

LSU lost to unranked and lower tier conference team Troy University couple years ago and still finished in the season ranked 18th in the country that same year. LSU is #2 in the nation now. Quality programs have bad games sometimes.
I still don't get you point Sir.

Also, A&T players tried to climb into the stands to fight FAMU students during the 1st half...yes, that really happened

They tried again after the game winning TD...there’s video on twitter. FAMU students were giving them the business at the point.
This is typical of NC A&T. I witnessed this last year during the Celebration Bowl when the players went over the to the Alcorn Side after the game and taunted the fans. This was totally unnecessary because they had already won the game. They are a Ghetto & Hood FB team for sure!

Wait what????

Well we have seen the fall of what Broadway created......the discipline is gone and soon A&T will be back as the bottom feeder.

Lol, our demise has been greatly exaggerated! First time we've lost a road game to an MEAC or FCS team in 3 years and folks are already throwing dirt on our graves.
We have established a program and there's no going back. We lost 16 starters from last season's team and up until yesterday was still the top ranked hbcu team and #10 fcs squad. We'll get all the extra curricular crap from Saturday fixed and get back to our normal brand of Aggie football. Congrats to the rattlers.

A&T coaches really sparked everything and I’m not even being biased.

The first issue happened during pregame...while both teams were warming up, the rest of A&T’s team exited there locker room. As they ran up the sideline, A&T players and coaches entered the FAMU side of the 50(while still on their sideline). A&T players got as far as the FAMU 35-40 yard line and started taunting the Rattler football team.
As A&T went back to their locker room(up FAMU’s sideline) FAMU’s punter shanked a punt their way to end pregame warmups. Once that happened, A&T’s coaches started jaw jacking and FAMU’s coaches started talking back.

Then at the coin toss, as FAMU reaches out to shake hands, A&T’s players refused. That’s cool with me...but it set the tone for the rest of the game.

Two key A&T players eneded up getting unsportsmanlike conduct penalties in the first

At halftime, both teams had to cross on their way back to the locker rooms. A&T’s players took their sweet time moving out the way as the refs held FAMU up. However, the bulk of A&T’s team made it to the locker room. From what I could see, an A&T coach got into the middle of FAMU’s team a started talking trash or whatever. That’s when all hell broke loose. A&T’s players ran from in the locker room and FAMU players squared up...cause, man...we have a team full of Florida boys that talk trash back lol

What about after the game it looks like the A&T players didn't even shake hands after the game

A&T is talented. They have some true athletes, but they are undisciplined. For example, their leader on defense, Mac McCain recovered a fumble that had A&T in great field position. He decides to run to the FAMU bench and taunt everybody...he ended up getting an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty. Then, because if the brawl, he ended up getting ejected at halftime.

Talent means nothing if you are not disciplined.

Bruh don't start it. That's gonna' trigger some toxic feminists. smh I was reared by a woman but I didn't turn out near soft and weak like these little boys we witness today. The boys are being reared by TOXIC women, not strong women.

Strong does not equal feminist. Guys need to really know the difference. My wife is strong but as she says all the time...."I don't speak man....Men need to be raised by men whether it is a uncle, grandfather, or older cousin."

Brother you know good and damn well Broadway would not have tolerated this mess. You have to remember MANY Grambling fans saw him on our sidelines. Hell I remember one game we won....one of the players climbed the band ladder and started waving the GSU flag. Broadway said, "Get you ass down you drop 3 passes today." LMAO!!!

So true that last sentence. I'm real, if people dont wanna hear the truth, don't talk to me. No disrespect intended.

No, Broadway wouldn't have tolerated it and our expectations going forward is that Coach Washington won't tolerate it.

Lastly let's not forget FAMU had more people ejected than we did so let's not make this all A&T.

BCU beat FAMU convincingly last year. I was at that game and FAMU looked sorry. This year is different though. They seem to playing with a lot more heart.

Convincingly? We dominated the stat sheet and it was 19-19 game going into the 4th quarter. We had 1st and goal down 26-19 on the final drive of the game when we threw the pick 6.

It was a good game from beginning to end

A&T sparked it...and I’m not tryna be biased. But A&T set the tone for the nastiness yesterday.

There was no reason for an A&T coach to be in the middle of FAMU’s football team before halftime. Players are gonna react when they see smoke...and coaches caused that smoke.

The majority of the A&T football team was already in the locker room

Toxic women who are encouraged by the system (social services) that what they are doing is 200% right and all Black men are bad. And we wonder why the police shoot first and ask questions later when they encounter a Black male.

There are many factors why Black men have very little to say in the development of their own children. Here's one.

Black men are not only being intentionally removed from their role as fathers, but they are being systematically eliminated from any parts of the development process of Black children.

Yep it's definitely by design.

Look I'm not falling for the banana in the tail pipe If you haven't heard NCA&T coach had to apologies for his team actions that took place on Sunday and some comments he made. Your first reaction usually are how you really feel... Coach Washington is taking heat from his administration an looking bad especially his comments... Bruh you lost, and your players exemplify what you team them, So I guess you were expecting FAMU to just lay down and roll over because you're A&T...Not Gonna Happen...

Nah man we need to stop with the excuses. We consistently want to blame the system but the system is a small percentage of it. As men we have to challenge our brothers and encourage them to do right by their kids. We must also get our black women to also not be bitter. My wife is a fine example. I legally adopted my youngest son. His biological dad had all the chances in the world to do what he needed to do. My wife never kept him away from his son. The problem is HE did not want to spend the quality time with his son until I came along and started taking up that role. Overtime the bilogical dad faded away. Now he consistently talks shit about me on social media and people literally check him.

My eldest son....who is my biological son....his mother feeds him negatives about me but as a father I never indulge those....I keep giving him advice and help him when he needs it.

I get where you are coming from looking at the system..... Yet, when that child is born that's the day a man has to be a father. We have problems in our society because we refuse to have a heart to heart conversation with TRUTHS.

Again I agree with you to an extent.....but we as a people have to begin to check our own.

I saw a guy in the barbershop bragging about his new $3000 rims....yet the next minute he was arguing about giving his baby momma money to get his 5 year old a haircut. I checked him right there in the shop. I said, "WTH....dude you are in the barber shop....why didn't you just tell the barber to hold your spot while you go get your son for a cut?" It's simple stuff like that which annoys the hell out of me. They arguing over something dumb.

Tuesday, FAMU head coach Willie Simmons addressed the media, responding to Washington's "lesser team won" sentiments.
"Well, if the lesser team won, that means the better coaches won and so obviously we're much better coaches than they are, we were able to take a lesser football team and beat them two years in a row," Simmons said. "You know, sometimes you just gotta put your big boy pants on and take your whopping and go on to next week."
