A&T coaches really sparked everything and I’m not even being biased.
The first issue happened during pregame...while both teams were warming up, the rest of A&T’s team exited there locker room. As they ran up the sideline, A&T players and coaches entered the FAMU side of the 50(while still on their sideline). A&T players got as far as the FAMU 35-40 yard line and started taunting the Rattler football team.
As A&T went back to their locker room(up FAMU’s sideline) FAMU’s punter shanked a punt their way to end pregame warmups. Once that happened, A&T’s coaches started jaw jacking and FAMU’s coaches started talking back.
Then at the coin toss, as FAMU reaches out to shake hands, A&T’s players refused. That’s cool with me...but it set the tone for the rest of the game.
Two key A&T players eneded up getting unsportsmanlike conduct penalties in the first
At halftime, both teams had to cross on their way back to the locker rooms. A&T’s players took their sweet time moving out the way as the refs held FAMU up. However, the bulk of A&T’s team made it to the locker room. From what I could see, an A&T coach got into the middle of FAMU’s team a started talking trash or whatever. That’s when all hell broke loose. A&T’s players ran from in the locker room and FAMU players squared up...cause, man...we have a team full of Florida boys that talk trash back lol
