Montgomery Advertiser suing Bama state, insinuates recent cheating?

Moon also requested all correspondence between ASU and the NCAA in regards to, "allegations of the university holding organized football practices in the spring of 2015 despite being barred from doing so because of APR probation," the complaint reads.

The documents were requested April 23. ASU responded May 8 saying that the records would cost $200 for the pages and that the majority of information on the pages would be redacted.

 



Looks like Josh Moon is working on a blockbuster story that will be SMACK worthy. BH123 has started one blockbuster thread already.....smh & lol
 
Why does this guy have a hard on for anything Ala St related? I mean, it makes for great entertainment but damn lol Can a newspaper really sue a university for that?

I like Josh Moon. He brings the facts that the others won't. He does detailed research to bring out the truth. He's all right with me. If there's smoke, he'll find the fire.

Bama State is a public university that also receive federal funds.......It may fall under the Freedom of Information Act.....not sure to a lesser degree what obligations Bama State has state wise.....

All they have to do is cooperate with the media. It's really not that hard.

When you don't cooperate, the media WILL turn on you.
