Montgomery Advertiser suing Bama state, insinuates recent cheating?

I can tell you this, in 2004 they tried to cheat S.U. in Montgomery with changing the time and it backfired because when S.U. went ahead they didn't have any time left to score again (lol). However they beat us fair and square in the SCG that year. I don't know much about their cheating habits and that might be because they haven't won much in the SWAC. I think they only have 2 championships in over 30 years as a member in football. Southern U, Grambling and Jackson State have owned them terribly over the years......

I was at that game... that was the WORST form of cheating Ive ever seen in my life.... I couldnt believe the scoreboard keeper... I was SOOOO glad SU scored that last second touchdown.... The scoreboard went out.... it was from 9 minutes left in the quarter to halftime in about a 5 minute (real time) span... right when SU was about to score.

I was sitting in the stands as well. It was the most egregious cheating I've seen in the SWAC. That was some Bush League stuff that the fans didn't deserve...The worse part about is both teams were loaded with talent so it was grand theft from the players on both teams as well....Who knows what would have happen if they hadn't stole so much time.......And the officials were inept and border line retarded for letting it go on unless they received some money to look the other way...I thought Coach Pete was going to have a heart attack from sheer anger and disbelief......I can still see him pointing at the clock......lol

Damn, Alabama State trying to hide behind FERPA? They gonna lose that fight.

Generally speaking, what Josh Moon initially asked for are not considered "educational records" under FERPA.

I'm not aware of any cheating. Lol...even in that famed SU/ASU match up. The clock was controlled by the officials and not ASU. According to the Advertiser Sports Editor, the President has cut the flow of info to the newspaper. It's a pissing contest that the university can't win. They are arguing over $265 for redacted copies of 65 pages.

Most Hornet supporters at least those in the Nest already knew the players that transferred and those with academic troubles that was pulling the team APR down. Now the allegations of illegal practices are totally new to me.

brush that was CHEATING.... That was the shortest football game I had ever been to. You can't go from 10 minutes left in the half to halftime in 4 plays.... ITS IMPOSSIBLE.

Come On Hornets..... I hate to see this continue to happen at any of our HBCUs. However, you have a Factually based Past that proves Cheating and what nots.... To hire Brian was a crazy, but Bold statement... I wish y'all the best, but this could end badly for the Bees......

The NCAA about to lay the Pipe if any of these illegal things are going on..... Hell didn't Brian have unauthorized practices at BCU as well? This is in this dude's nature to do Dumb ISHT.
